I took a test at this facility about a year ago so I am not sure how much this place has changed…read moresince then. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. They nicely went over all the test taking rules and regulations with me. In order to take my photo before the test, they had mounted the camera on top of multiple books which looked like it was going to collapse any moment. I am so glad it did not happen while I was there. The facility is nice and quiet. During my test, there were other people in the room but the noise level was minimum. I was never distracted. The bathroom stalls were clean and well lit. All in all this is a good place for testing.

It will probably make zero difference but hopefully by getting it out there something can be done to help future test takers that have to go to this location. First off I was warned before I even went by my colleagues about how awful the people that work there are. In all honesty nothing could prepare me for the two females that were on duty the day I went to take my test. One of the ladies SNAPPED at me while she was fingerprinting and said that I was not rolling my finger the right way. After I was checked in the second lady handed me my pencils and told me to go in the room and begin my test. I asked her if I may use the restroom and she informed me that my time had already started??? Excuse me but shouldn't I have been informed the moment my test started?? I mean this is the licensing exam for my career. That was two very crucial minutes I could have used for questions on the most important test I have EVER taken but instead I had to use it in the bathroom. I hadn't even sat at the computer yet or walked into the testing room for that matter. Throughout my whole visit they continued to be rude to me and everybody else. The location is messy, dusty, and unorganized. The computers and equipment are outdated. I guess my point is that when people go there to take their tests they are already stressed out enough and on top of that they are treated like criminals and horribly disrespected by the staff at Prometric Bossier city. I understand that this is a testing facility and that there are rules but does that give the employees any right to treat nice people like DIRT? As I said I am not the type of person to complain. I know that life is hard and people have bad days but I cannot sit back and watch decent hardworking people get mistreated by two miserable Prometric employees on a power trip. Thanks...

Oh Wow! Where do I start? I was drawn to the professionalism of this company and the patient…read moreDirector, LaCarol Henderson. She is very knowledgeable of the school and job description of her role. Mrs. Henderson was able to answer my questions for the ladies that I was working with that were homeless and where they could get started. She has helped one of my daughters who struggled with the course by offering a refresher curiculum. This started off as a 14 day CNA course for her, but she needed more time to complete due to having a newborn. The school is set up like a healthcare center with medical equipment that students need in order to be familiar with how to aid their patients. The testing material coincides with the state material. Prometric is the name of the study material. This is a course that takes dedication. I have tried to spread the word about this school so much that I became excited and enrolled. They have day and evening classes that require Zoom. Students just have to be dedicated, as to anything in order to make it. I too will be a Certified Nurse just in a matter of two weeks! Thank you EAST TEXAS NURSING ACADEMY! (they have other courses, Med Aide, etc! LVN classes are coming soon, YES!)

The baseball field was beautiful, except for the infield dirt which had to be picked clean of rocks…read morebefore the game started. Bullpen 6/10 the bench was nice and there was plenty of space, but we weren't enclosed. The dugout was spacious but didn't have any pads to lean on or any protection from foul balls. It was a 5/10. There are woods directly behind the visiting dugout. This was hard for finding foul balls. There was a creek that would sometimes claim several balls a game. We split so it was an ok day. Run 'em -AC baseball

Bricks 4 Kidz just hosted my 6 year old son's birthday party. The kids and parents had a great…read moretime. They were able to built a Minecraft figure (per my son's request) and their own figures. They already had a decorated table set up for the cake and other snacks. The director/host organized and led all the activities which was very nice for the parents. The price is also way below what you'd expect for someone entertaining 8 children for almost 2 hours. I'd highly recommend!
