As small business owners in Peoria, we know the value of perception of the client and even more importantly, the value of admitting we made a mistake and going beyond normal means to fix it or even appear to fix it. To care...or even appear to care. Ethan Allen does not care about us, and worse yet, Ethan Allen did not care to look like they cared. Now that is scary. The lack of resolution to our customer service issues ALWAYS were blamed by our designer on Ethan Allen policies and her managements unwillingness to stray from policy (even when the policy did not apply!). My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine.
