I have significant sensitivities to fragrances and chemicals, which can make furniture shopping challenging. Angelena went above and beyond to help us find solutions that would work for my situation. She listened carefully to my concerns, and even worked with the manufacturer to make special accommodations for my furniture prior to delivery. At every stage, I felt like she genuinely cared about helping us create a home we could enjoy. That level of service is rare these days. Another thing that impressed us is the quality of the furniture itself. So much furniture today looks good in a showroom but is ultimately made from engineered materials that simply don't hold up over time. The pieces we purchased from Coastal are solid wood, beautifully finished, and built to be used and enjoyed for many years. I have lost three days of work dealing with this issue and all they want to do is say sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry doesn't pay the bills. We are stuck with a couch now that looks like we picked it up from Good Will. Buyers beware take your business somewhere else. El Dorado should be ashamed how they treat their customers.

The sales associate working today was very polite and helpful, especially since I was being high maintenance and wanted the item off the mannequin.
