I get that people put their hard work and energy into fixing stuff up, but there has to be a balance. Overall, it really is an ADORABLE shop. It's decently sized and there's plenty to see. In fact, I'm guessing you probably miss seeing half the stuff because there's SO much! You could almost walk through each section twice just to be sure you saw everything! The issue was that Macy's has these prices at $200 over what the manufacturer website has (for the basic ZGR)... and won't price match. Nor will they offere free shipping like the manufacturer offers (with free returns also if needed). The manufacturer also throws in an extended warranty for free. So I will probably go with the manufacturer.

I get a text message saying the couch got delivered, I called and said I didn't get a delivery I'm suppose to pick it up. The sales guy told me it was sold 10 days after I purchased it to someone else and that they refunded my purchase because they didn't have sectional. Then I was told if I wanted that sectional I would have to pay full price. WHAT !! I have to pay extra for their mistake. I think they should get me the sectional I paid for. Terrible customer service. We are building a new home and there was other furniture I was going to purchase but not no more. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
