But with Susan, I've grown comfortable enough over the years because of her kind, gentle nature, to be able to ask for her thoughts and feelings about events and paths that I'm unsure about. I booked Susan for my Bachelorette party to come to our AirBnB. We communicated several MONTHS in…read moreadvance and I confirmed all details with her, I paid a deposit, answered all her questions and provided all the information needed. I even paid extra to have my caterers provide a space for her with a table and a schedule for the girls to visit with her. She cancelled three days prior to the event in a very short text message with no other explanation other than she was currently under the weather and wont be attending. Now with everything else I'm doing I have to re-plan and re-budget for the several hour time block I have allotted for her just DAYS before the event. This is unprofessional and has really put me out. I am disappointed and angry at the waste of time and money. I will NEVER be working with her again. I suggest caution in booking her for events. Her response to my text message expressing my disappointment and frustration that she didn't offer any kind of solution or help, keep in mind I did not curse her out or act in any way out of line aside from telling her how this has effected me: "it happens. I could come and vomit on your guests... if I could get there" - this is Extremely unprofessional and disgusting.

I recently lost my job, and as a result, I have to rely on Medicaid, which thankfully I can receive, but it severely limits my dentistry options. when I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered was VERY rude and unprofessional to me. she interrupted ME when I was explaining my situation, and then turned around and had the audacity to tell me not to interrupt her, when she was explaining why they wouldn't bother with scheduling a diabetic with a gum infection. I have my bachelor degree, which I can almost guarantee she doesnt even come close to having. Not that it's worth much more in this comment other than to point out the sheer ignorance and disrespect that's just exuding from Comtrea-Arnold-Fox's staff. I didn't deserve to be talked-down-to by HER, or THEM, and simply because I called in to THAT clinic, on Medicaid, in need of help, and I 100 percent feel that that's exactly what just happened to me. I really feel bad for the people that have to live their entire lives on Medicaid 100 percent of the time, and deal with places and people like this. I mean if were being honest here, that Troglodyte just told me my life didnt matter seeing as how an infection in the gums could realistically kill a diabetic, and she couldn't see past her own nose to keep her unwarranted attitude in check, which i take very personally, hence this review.
