Can't understand the accent of the employees/ owners. Their command of the English language is very…read morepoor. Had to ask to repeat everything. They couldn't find my package that was requested to be returned to sender (me). Was told by the head office I would be notified when my package returned to Cambridge. Cambridge never did that. Called the store and was told my package had arrived 5 days earlier. Went to the store and they argued with me that they didn't have it. They also served customers behind me instead of continuing to help me ( just like when I came the first time). I finally pointed to a bin and said my letter is probably in there. 3 people looked, couldn't find it, brought a handfull of letter packages, said it wasn't there. I spotted my name on the package and finally got it. I told them I would never use their serves again.
