Can't understand the accent of the employees/ owners. Their command of the English language is very poor. Had to ask to repeat everything. They couldn't find my package that was requested to be returned to sender (me). Was told by the head office I would be notified when my package returned to Cambridge. Cambridge never did that. Called the store and was told my package had arrived 5 days earlier. Went to the store and they argued with me that they didn't have it. They also served customers behind me instead of continuing to help me ( just like when I came the first time). I finally pointed to a bin and said my letter is probably in there. 3 people looked, couldn't find it, brought a handfull of letter packages, said it wasn't there. I spotted my name on the package and finally got it. I told them I would never use their serves again. read more

I've been stopping here quite regularly after my company switched to UPS. I would say across the carriers it does provide the best delivery service met. Canada Post promises 2 day delivery during pandemic with guarantee for corporate customers, FedEx promises 1 day delivery with no guarantee and would arrive to my customers between 2 to 5pm (pre pandemic guarantee was honoured) and UPS, well it seems to be hitting 10am almost consistently with the 1 day no guarantee. The service abilities will be dependent on location, obviously more rural areas will be really dependent on carrier and their network. My only criticism is this location. There is really only one way into the plaza from Bishop, if you get out, you can go back to Hespeller if you're driving north; but if you're driving south then you must go back on Bishop. With the Tim Hortons in the plaza some patrons line up blocking the access to Bishop and it's difficult to make a left to go back to Franklin (parallel to Hespeller). I cross my fingers and toes no one hits me, so far so good. read more
