I live in New Mexico and when my cousin passed away, we flew in to empty the house and clean it up. We thought we left everything in good condition and texted pictures to the property owner. My cousin, did break the lease when she smoked in the home. That is unfortunate and it is reasonable to expect that she should be charged for repainting the home. However, what she was charged by the owner of the property is completely excessive. Again, she was 81 and single and was only in the home for 3.5 months before she passed. The owner claims the laminate floor was damaged and had to be repaired $250.00. She claimed she had to have all the Air Ducts and grills cleaned $525.00. She claimed the newly epoxied garage floor had dirt stains and had to be recoated $600.00, she claimed 2 light bulbs and broken blinds $400.00, repainting the house $2890.00 (not questioning this fee), 6 weeks of rent to get the repairs done $3037.00 a conveniently long time. You can see from my pictures that everything looks good and clean and there are no damaged blinds on the sliding glass doors in the living area. These fees are excessive. On May 18, 2026 we received a letter from Dana Realty Group regarding a change in property management. We have been with our previous property management company since 2023. We immediately reached out to them regarding the letter and was told that there is no change in property management and if there will be then we'd be notified from them. Which was the right thing to do because why would I pay a new management company our hard earned rent money when I don't know them and with a lot of scams going on in the world, anyone could've easily left a letter at my door claiming to be our new property manager. If there was such change, why wouldn't our old property management company know about it? Not only was that suspicious but I have proof of Wendi asking me for my lease agreement. If you were my new property manager, like you claim, would you not have that information already in hand? Why would I need to send that to you? We remained in contact because if such change were to be true, then we'd respect Dana Realty and do the right thing. However, until we received notice from our old property management company regarding the change then I'd trust my old property management company to do their legal obligation and transfer the funds but because the home owner, Wendi Dana's new client who shall not be named, was too impatient to wait for such change Wendi and the home owner decided to harass us by posting a 7 day rent to quit notice to start an eviction process!!!! I have sent WENDI AND HER CLIENT MULTIPLE TIMES PROOF THAT OUR RENT HAD BEEN PAID!!!! IT WAS UP TO THEM AND OUR OLD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH SUCH CHANGE AND RETRIEVAL OF SUCH FUNDS such as our security deposit, which lo and behold, WENDI DANA DID NOT HAVE BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT OUR PROPERTY MANAGER!!!! It wasn't until July 7, 2026 that we were made aware that such change was happening and was assured by our old property management company that our lease agreement, security deposit, and two months of rent money would be sent over to Wendi Dana. Yet somehow, even after ALL the proof that was sent to Wendi, and even a text of proof saying not to worry about the month of Junes rent because the owner knew it was paid and it was all good; so she claimed- but because she couldn't do her job and get our agreement and funds, she felt the need to pressure and harass us with a 7 day rent or quit notice at our doorstep. It is not our job to do her job for her. That's what the owner is paying her to do. However, because we did not want this ridiculous false claim to be on our report, we finally as tenants decided to take matters into our own hands and reach out to people near and dear to our heart in the real estate community. It only took our people TWO DAYS for our old property management company to send over the funds to Dana Realty Group. WENDI DANA COULD NOT DO THAT IN TWO MONTHS!!!! We have tried to speak to her on multiple occasions to discuss this matter, but have not received phone calls back. The one time she did have a conversation on the phone, she hung up. There is also proof of her unprofessionalism when handling such matters in text. I am so thankful that Wendi will NEVER be apart of any property we have to deal with again!!! She is a nightmare!!!! That's why she only has 3 stars. Attached is proof that rent was so called "all good." Proof that rent was paid to the owner for the two months she claims is unpaid. Also attached is a response to the better business bureau of her false claims that rent was unpaid but IN HER OWN WORDS it was "all good." So why lie Wendi??? I hope your business can improve but accountability on your behalf is a start on where such progress will be made. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!!!

Worst Management company ever I have been a resident with…read moreGMW since Nov. of 2025. It started out nicely, they were very helpful when it came to getting us approved in a timely manner. Problem started with so much misguided information and false promises. We were told to sign before we missed our timeframe when we mentioned we were waiting for an update on our support animal documentation they said it was 'fine' that we would just submit what we had and pay the fees now to get us moved in and we'd be reimbursed as soon as we submitted the updated documentation. We submitted and continue to be charged month to month for pet fees. No response on corrective action. I submitted a log of any operational issues. I submitted how many appliances alerted that they needed filter replacement. They took over 3months to send someone. And when they did my ice machine in the fridge stopped working. The contractor they sent out stated some in the back of my fridge needed maintenance. No update on that. I noted the washer was moldy. Many of my wardrobe has been ruined with white stains from the washer. I assumed it was cleaned with a bleach like solution but I was told via message that usually happens when theres softener build up. I hadn't been here long enough to cause that, clearly an issue that was present before me moving in. If I rewash anything they become faded completely. I reported a leaking filter in my kitchen sink in December of 2025. I have yet to get that resolved. I have had a shut off water filter faucet in my kitchen sink for months now. They have sent out various companies and each time they document a different issue, each different from the last. I have worked with management companies under HOA and I was always amazed by their standards and efforts in keeping their residents satisfied. This management company is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I have been requesting a callback for 3 months now, seems I am just asking for too much by requesting so. I am so unhappy in a home that should bring me serenity. I cant wash my own clothes here without praying and hoping that yet another favorite shirt or expensive piece of clothing becomes ruined. I have a 4 month old baby and going to the laundromat is a GREAT INCONVENIENCE. Im yearning for the end of my lease. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone who deserves day and nights of inconveniences.

This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen.
