Well, wasted 30 bucks on coils I can't use. Box unopened, won't exchange for the correct ones and they dont do refunds even if you haven't even left the store, because all purchases are final. I went in and asked if they had the rpm2 coils "but not the skinny ones, i need the thick ones" Yeah I should have known the exact number, apparently the skinny ones are called 3.0? I don't know what the the thick ones are called still. But I was clear that I didn't want the skinny ones. I said that first. Assuming he understood me, he said "we have the 3.0s" I said awesome, not knowing 3.0 are the skinny ones. He never let me see them, they were in his hand the whole time including check out. Once I paid he handed them to me and I saw they were the skinny ones. I can't use the skinny ones. Before I even left, as soon as I saw they were the skinny ones I asked if he could exchange them. He said they're out of the other ones, I asked for my money back, he said they can't do refunds, I asked if I could exchange them later when they get the new ones in, he said yes if I don't open it. I asked if I could leave them there and he said no because they'll get lost or resold, so I brought them home and stored them on my shelf, untouched for a week. Box still unopened and factory sealed, same exact price as the correct ones! I came back in 3 times to exchange them and they didn't have them. Today they had them and he said he spoke with the owner and he said they won't exchange them and that he told me twice they were 3.0s. And claims he showed them to me when he did not. I didn't get to see them until after I paid. I feel scammed, I'm out 30 bucks for something I can't even use. I drove back a total of 3 times for nothing. This place is the worst. Watch out. They're dishonest and deceitful. Eta,Now after I've posted this and seen the other reviews, it seems this is a thing they do on purpose to people. Also upon looking at the box, these aren't even 3.0, it says 0.6, so he even said the right ones but gave me the wrong ones. This is my go to vape store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a ton of inventory and a lot of good house made juices (all I get now). Very clean and organized. Love the recent remodel as well - built in shelves look nice. Prices seem to be competitive and you can usually catch a deal. I smoke: - Novo2 w/ Kingslayer - Full-size mod w/ Potluck (basically CrunchBerry Cereal) - Wife is hooked on the Avalanche in a Smok Stick v9. These house juices are great. Avalanche is a little to sharp/cool for my liking. Either way this place is great, if you don't go here you should give them a try. read more

Hands down best vape shop I've been to ( and I've been to A LOT of shops around Houston) Everyone in there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Great pricing, amazing juices and a great place to go and hangout. (So I have no idea why the reviews below were even posted unless they were that one customer that everyone hates because they complain about anything they can to get something for free) As far as the juice setup- it's extremely organized and creative! It involves 3 spinning wheels with tanks inside of them that are numbered that follow along with the menus that have the description, name, and number of the juices so that you can find them on the wheel. (Perfect because I hate when I go to a shop and they just hand me random named juices and I have no idea what it is) They have a lot of deals constantly (everyday buy two get one free juice), sales on box mods, tanks, and full setups! Bought a mech mod and some juice from them. Not a week went by before the mod crapped out. Went somewhere else to be told that those mods were recalled a month ago for failure issues. Would not recommend!!! read more

Was a great shop until they sold me the dna30 clone. Product worked alright then took a dump (check atomizer indication always on) so i took it in to them to see if they could fix it. I was told this is a very common problem in this mod and that they couldnt fix it nor do they have the tools too so they referred me to another shop (Civil Vapes) who could repair which I did appreciate. My question is, If you know you have a defective product and that this is a common issue... why are yall selling this thing? So I wasted over 200 dollars on this shop. They could have at least replaced the defective product they sold me. Really disappointed in this. read more

Where Atascavapes really shines is their juice. It's made on site, right in front of you, to order with all the customization and options you could imagine. Want a 75/25 mix? no problem! Want to mix fudge and peanut butter? no problem! The juices have always been far superior to anything I've tried anywhere else and the staff, generally, is super friendly and helpful. They carry all the tanks I want along with the coils that go with them, with a discount for buying a five-pack. Great 1-stop for all my vaping needs. The downside is, I've been less than impressed with their vvs. Most of their low-end stick mods have proven to be unreliable and problematic and I've taken to ordering online for mods. All of the stick mods I've bought there have died within a few months. However, to be fair, I've mostly bought their low-end mods. They simply haven't carried the stick mods I've wanted and I don't like box-mods. They also sell custom build mods, kits, and will rebuild coils for you on site, all services I haven't personally partaken in but most of the customers seem to be extremely satisfied with. They also have monthly give-aways, it's the only vapor shop I've been in that I've felt comfortable using as a vapor lounge, and the vapor contests are awesome! 5/5: Because I can't really blame them for carrying the stick mods that I'm dumb enough to buy. My only complaint is they didn't carry the one particular stick mod I was excited about. Everything else is resoundingly positive. read more

Their juice is very very good. If I was rating based Soley on juice, I'd give 5 stars easy. But all their other products are extremely expensive. While their staff are very friendly and welcoming, they don't seem to know much about the products or how best to use them. read more

So not really all that impressed, in fact rather disgusted. My friend insisted I go and told me "just go check it out, I get my liquid there on Wednesdays and if you like it get some" So she twisted my arm a little and I decided to check it out. I have been to many vape stores before and while I was in the area I thought why not. Upon arrival the staff seemed to be just lolly gagging around. I would have thought that the staff would have name tags or something because no one introduced themselves. I eventually was given a tester tip and battery by a guy with tattoos all over his arms. I thought was cool because so many places discriminate against hiring people with tattoos and piercings or they make them cover them or take them out. It's not the 70's anymore LOL I tried a good amount of testers most of them tasted burnt or had little to no flavor, the table had juice all over it, and the menus did too. The tasting station was pretty unorganized. They did have a few good flavors that I could taste, however they were really pushing this flavor taz hard, and allot of people were said to be buying it. I tried it but it really wasn't my cup of tea though. I was told it was a pomegranate and a fruit flavor that was supposed to be a berry mix. While I was tasting flavors the staff had very foul mouths. I would have thought I was at a bar with some of the stuff they were saying. I'm not sure why the customers that shop there put up with this manner of tomfoolery. They had some products that were high priced and some that were good deals. Had a pretty wide selection of older out dated stuff along with some newer box mods. There was one of the employees, a younger guy maybe mid twenties at best, that I just couldn't stand. I think his name was Chad, anyhow he just had this attitude about himself. While I was looking at some devices I asked some questions and he looked at me like I was stupid. After the look I got I started to wonder if I asked a dumb question. I really did not expect to be replied to like that at all. His reaction made me feel very uncomfortable. After that I looked around a few more brief moments and I left the store empty handed and highly disappointed. I personally would never recommend this shop after the service I received here. It was so bad I decided to make an account just so people would know my experience. Defiantly one of the most over rated shops I have ever been to. I don't think my friend will be going back to that store after I take her to the stores I shop at. I'll be sticking to my regular stores and avoiding this one. read more
