I got my teeth cleaned and even though I had no cavities and my insurance covered the cost I still got the whitening kit. It could take 5-14 days for them to be ready. Service is slow. I was here 5 min early for my appt, called back (after new patient paperwork) about 20 min later. X-rays, dr. exam, impressions for teeth whitening tray and teeth cleaning took an hr 45 min!!! I sat for what felt like 30 min between the impressions and teeth cleaning because the dr was with another patient. On the plus side, the dr did the cleaning rather than a hygienist. But if the hygienist doing it meant getting out of there in an hr I would have been ok with that. My recommendation to the good dr: get another hygienist!

This place is fantastic! I broke a tooth , they took me in right away; need novocaine, you will never feel the needle. I've had a lot of dental work done in my life and this has been my favorite dental office. The doctors and staff are professional and I highly recomend this place for all your dental needs.

We were told the office staff called the designated office twice in one day but FAILED to follow up in subsequent days. Additionally, we were never notified that they failed to obtain the proper medical clearance for treatment. We found out AFTER we called the day before the procedure to ask a question. The failure of the office staff to perform their duties resulted in cancellation of my husband's procedure. My husband is experiencing dental pain and the failure of the office staff to fulfill their duties and obligations have resulted in extended pain and discomfort for my husband. We have since obtained an appointment with an alternative dental facility; however the lack of medical professionalism from Riverwalk Dental has resulted in unnecessary delay in my husbands treatment.

WM keeps us ( my wife and I ) up to date with our meds , wellness appointments regularly Dr Lane our primary physician , sees us quarterly or more if our health requires more visits. Dr Snyder has also seen me two visits one of which was a lung/diaphragm situation and referred me to a pulmonologist in San Antonio who addressed my paralyzed diaphragm. The office staff are effective and friendly every time we go in. The waiting area and examination rooms are clean and sanitized, even in corners of the floor.
