Dr Owen Parker was excellent in both the care that he gave as well as his bedside manner. Excellent care, fast, efficient, clean, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Took care of my medical issue in a very timely manner. This was my second visit to this ER and both times I have had excellent care from knowledgeable, kind, people. The girl at the front desk was really rude and argumentative and couldn't help me at all. i ended up having to go to another doctor and was diagnosed with bronchitis. People who are sick need compassion and care, but you won't find that here.

My in person experience was fine the last time I donated in July and I'm always happy to help…read morepeople by donating. However, I was a little confused when I saw there was a promotion to give customers 1,000 points. However, I was surprised when I checked my account and saw about 300 points. I also received a $10 dollar giftcard. However, an HEB gift card is worth 120 points. I did email them to ask about this and was told that both equaled to that promotion. I responded by explaining how the amount of points didn't equal and never heard back. Please don't post promotions that you actually aren't going to stick to.
