I had been attracted by some lovely bracelets in the display window. The shop employee who waited on me was very patient as she explained the procees of damascening and showing me machine-made and hand-made products. The machine-made bracelets couldn't even compare to the lovely delicacy of the hand-made bracelets. I absolutely fell in love with the bracelet I bought and foolishly didn't buy one for myself, as well as the one I gifted my DIL. Great quality, great service.

The lady in the shop will tell you a discount is available instead of a "tax free" VAT refund. Then, after the purchase, they will give you 10% off ONE item. This is the only shop in Toledo where a receipt is not given for tax refund. They are pocketing the money. When asked for the tax refund receipt, the sales lady refused and was extremely rude- pointing her finger as if we were crazy. Shop elsewhere.
