They at first said the estimated quote might be even higher than the current $800 quote for a W2 and a 1099-K! After days of waiting they emailed me back saying that "We are not going to be able to help you" AFTER they've TAKEN ALL of my personal and deeply sensitive information. This was confusing, as it is the first time I've ever been denied service by a business; without any explanation no less! I went in with such confidence, so it's been a huge bummer to have such a challenging experience, not only do I hope that my personal information has been deleted as per my request. It also puts me in a very difficult situation now of having to scramble to find another provider that can actually get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
