I've been a policy holder with this agent for approx. 2 years. Each and every time I try to speak with the infamous Mr. James Winter all I get told is "he will be in the office tomorrow at 9am". What a joke. He never is in the office. Also I've been told by numerous reps in the office that they would make sure he contacted me the next morning which would have been as recent as 11/17/17. But of course, no call from James Winter. He doesn't exist. Also, Kimberly in the office is absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They repeatedly put me on speaker phone for the entire office to hear what I'm saying and have hung up on me numerous times because well, they don't know how to handle customers. None the less I have contacted the NYS Attorney Generals Office so that they could see and listen to my numerous phone conversations with this State Farm agency. The amount of disrespect from the office staff and James Winter is utterly disappointing and should be stopped immediately. I encourage anybody with this State Farm agent to quickly find another one in your area as there are many. The lack of help and understanding in this office is ridiculous, no matter how angry I may be they should remain professional and remember that I'm the customer and if I'm a little angry or upset with something going on their job is to solve the problem and keep a customer happy.
