I found the staff to be helpful and fully knowledgeable about my return and the several additions we have to a basic 1040. We started as a walk in and were assigned to Suki, a senior preparer. He was very attentive, answered all our questions and asked many of his own. After all was complete for 2017 they even showed me what 2018 might look like based on the new tax law. We are please with Block and will be back next year. It makes me question why I left so many years ago to pay more money for the same service.
