My fiancée, Isabella, had her bridal fitting at the Milan store on 18 April, her bridal assistant was Denise. The appointment itself was excellent, she fell in love with a dress and had her measurements taken. We chose not to place the order that day because we wanted to lock in our wedding date first. Since then, we've been trying to order the dress and have been completely unable to. We're ready to spend €5,500 and cannot get anyone to take our money, it's shameful. I've repeatedly called the store and every time I'm told they're too busy and asked to try again later. I emailed them hoping that would help, only to be told "unfortunately we do not have the boutique's email address" and that they "only have the boutique's direct phone number and opening hours available". This is a nightmare store! Don't let you fool by all the bloggers who are presenting the dresses. You are not treated as client, not even as human. You are not asked if you would like to drink something and they even write different things in the contract than you talked about. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worsted enemy.
