She got me set up with applications and directed me to the nearest gas station (they don't accept cards and I don't carry checks). The manager (also helpful) got back to me and showed me a house. You have to sign a covid acknowledgment document and follow a bunch of rules (mask, sanitizer, couldn't touch anything) before you can enter the house. Got the call that I qualified RIGHT after I had received notice that I qualified for a home loan with a great rate.
