I wait until Monday comes, and go to pick them up, grab my basket and bring them home. Starting to look at just the top articles of clothing, they were still covered top to bottom in cat hair. I also had a roommate over a year and a half who had Blue dyed hair, im still finding several blue strands between the layers of clothes, on the same pieces they went in on. I don't believe for a second that they laundered or serviced any of my clothing, and that they just blatantly robbed me of $60. I could have got a better clean for free just by handwashing them in my sink. I brought up my issue with the manager on duty, and she saw me pulling out clothes still dirty from my basket and still proceeded to tell me that they got cleaned. She offered to relaunder the clothes free of charge however I do not trust them not to damage my belongings after the lack of service and treatment I experienced. This business and its management should be ashamed of themselves and their work ethic. I'm willing to bet the only laundering that they do here is their own money through their sham of a business.

We have 3 dogs as well... clean blankets and clean unmentionables. And now....I throw everything in a trash bag and let them deal with it. LOL Thanks for helping me keep my family clean.
