Took the 21" Toro Recycler in when I picked up the Mantis. So glad to have found Bill and Rose. Also good is that they are a Husqvarna dealer as I have a 54" zero-turn that one day will need care too!

I didn't say anything and stayed composed, and I ask for the clam # I just did understand why no one informed me after 6 weeks that that's what Ryobi was doing.. I feel that my product was never looked at they just told the company (Ryobi) that.. They have so many customers they are overwhelmed and are very disorganized.. The day we drop off there was a ELDERLY man in there picking up his tool and they couldn't fine it, that was Our first sign.. The second one was when Rose said they had over 150 clients tools they were look at.. We unfortunately will not be back.. I give a * for poor customer service.. The only positive thing is that RYOBI is send anew one and we are not out 400.00, and that if I ever receive it to day is now July13,2023 !!
