West and his crew at BTS rebuilt a cross tie wall for me. I was pleased with the planning they took to get the bottom row started correctly and the effort they maintained to keep the wall straight. The wall is certainly built to last. They offered suggestions for proper drainage that I had not considered. I enjoyed the week I spent with them. I had the pleasure of doing business with these folks the other day. We live in a rual county and tree trimming services are scarce, and those available "locally" are simply in the business of cutting down trees with little knowledge of what they are doing. Directly off our back deck is a very old, very large pecan tree which we had trimmed some 15+ years ago by true tree professionals. Since then the tree had put out a huge number of sucker branches adding a lot of weight to the main branches so it way past time to get the tree serviced. The problem with that is there is no access to the tree for a bucket truck thus I had to try to locate a tree service who employed climbers. No one in our area provides that service so thanks to the Internet I found Bradley Tree Serivce about 45 minutes south of us. I spoke with West who requested I send some photos of the tree and once I did he told me this would be a big job and he needed to come and visually inspect the tree. We met, he told me what needed to be done and then quoted me a fair price. The crew arrived yesterday with their tree climber who just happens to be a Certified Arborist professionally trained. I became quickly impressed by his knowledge of just how a tree should be trimmed and how making the proper cuts to insure the health of the tree while maintaining a very nice symetry. He did an outstanding job and I could not be more pleased. I should also note many of the branches had to lowered by rope since there are so many planting near and around the tree. The clean up was spotless and when they left you couldn't tell they'd been there. I highly recommend these folks, all good people. read more

First, I did not previously know Wes and Crew. During a recent storm, two giant trees fell over our driveway thus blocking it for both our neighbor and us. So I called two tree companies that came up on Google and Bing. I called Bradley Tree and within a short time (no joke on a Saturday) this white truck with kids pulled up. He gave me a bid right then and there. WOW. Second, I was a previous CEO in Wisconsin and always wanted to be the first on the job which showed our commitment to wanting the work. Wes demonstrated that. I was also in need of excavation on our driveway and around our barn. Let's see tree service does not equal excavation. (sarcasm) But the next thing I knew he sent me a text on the job cost that needed to be done and even went over the driveway specs with us. What is interesting is how many pictures he showed me of the excavating work. I was impressed. We hired Bradley Tree Service and Wes and his crew did an amazing job.
