    I came in just to window shop. I ended up buying loads. I absolutely love this place, it's my new go to for active wear!

    On 12/10/25 I decided to stop by this Lululemon store at HCG #11943 on my way home from Gold's Gym…read more I purchased the Groove HR Nulu black flared pant $118 and Align High Rise crop 25 inch $98, total with tax $233.82. I wanted to try on at home since sweaty from gym. Educator #176354 checked me out. 12/11/25 I went back to this Lululemon store to RETURN Groove pant and EXCHANGE align crop for 23 inch length. As I approached the register counter I emptied my bag telling girl I did not want $118 Groove pant and to exchange $98 Align for shorter length. She did an exchange as I went to get shorter Align length. Educator #175557 gave me my new receipt. When I got home I took out new Align pant of bag and looked at my EXCHANGE receipt and was concerned. Instead of given me FULL credit for Groove pant I returned and no longer had, she took price of Align pant $98 and deducted that from $118 Groove pant which left $20+ $1.65 tax totaled credit $21.65. She did NOT give me full refund for Groove pant. I checked my banking acct online and it showed that as well along with original purchase.I waited a few days and kept checking my online acct waiting to see if they saw their mistake and give me complete refund for $ 118 Groove pant, which they did not. 12/16/25 I go back to Lululemon store at HCG and went straight to check out counter. I began to explain what has happened, showed her my receipts and she refused to do anything. I returned the Align crop as well. I never kept anything. It was so obvious what they did that Stevie Wonder could've seen it. She told me to keep checking my bank account or to call " guest services" with the number she wrote on price of paper to call. I told her there's a problem and you owe me refund full price amount of Groove pant I returned 12/11. She goes on to say " we don't have your Groove pant", basically accusing me of stealing. Conversation got loud and I asked to speak to a manager please. She said she was the manager. I asked her for her name. She would not tell me and told me to " Leave Her store!". She is Educator #154718. I got in my car and called Lululemon guest services and spoke to them over 45 mins. A case # was opened up. Got home and forgot I had Lululemon app on phone so I opened it up and my acct showed items purchased and 1 item returned in 12/11 which was the $118 Groove pant that I was accused of stealing and never was fully refunded. Lululemon guest services followed up with me and saw what transpired and they issued me proper refund credit I was due. They apologized and offered to give me a $150 gift certificate which I thanked them for and told them I would not be going back to that store. Educator #154718 is not manager material. She's more of an unhappy , egotistical person that lacks basic customer service skills. And yes, this customer was RIGHT!! Good riddance!!

    During tax-free weekend I scooped up a new pair of tennis shoes online. Much to my husband's…read moredismay, I was buying another pair of fitness shoes. I never throw away blown out tennis shoes because I use them when I work in the yard and walk for short distances. Just like food or other items that expire fitness shoes have a life. Depending how frequent you use your use, you could average 6 months to over a year. When I was training for marathons, I literally bought a pair of running shoes every 6 months because of the long distance running. I always know when I am ready for a new pair of fitness shoes. The red flag sign that scream shoe replacement is needed primarily is pain. I have a high arch and when the arch falls in fitness shoes, my feet hurt. Another sign for fitness shoe replacement include worn-out shoe soles, and a noticeable decrease in traction while you are moving in class. When your feet are cushioned, your feet are happy. They maybe singing Pharrell's song, Happy. Smile. To my surprise Academy was open until 10 pm. The customer service desk managed by Rick was super helpful. He allowed me take my shoes that I ordered online back to their shoe section to see if I could find a match in black. Unfortunately, black was sold out. However, I decided to keep my fitness shoes because they were comfortable on my feet, on sale ("Hot Deal") and I did not pay tax on the shoes. Happy feet...Happy Delores!

    I don't know who you hired for customer service, but this was one of the most frustrating customer…read moreservice experiences I've had. I had to spell out everything because the representative couldn't even spell "William Cannon." I also had to repeat myself at least seven times because she wasn't listening. On top of that, there was a screaming child in the background throughout the call, which made it even more difficult to communicate. After being on the phone for about 45 minutes, all she could tell me was that I would receive an email if someone had contacted me about my receipt. She couldn't even look up the information while I was on the phone. Considering I had already spelled everything out multiple times, it felt like she either wasn't paying attention or simply wanted to get me off the phone because she couldn't spell anything I remained polite and patient the entire time, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. Customer service representatives should be able to listen carefully, communicate effectively, and accurately process basic information. I hope you invest in better training and hire people who are prepared to provide the level of service customers deserve. Maybe someone that can spell William cannon
