He helped me order it and had it shipped to my house. The salesman went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The icing on the cake was, the hoodie was on sale and free shipping! It was a great deal. The zip up hoodie was delivered 2 days later. It fit perfectly and looks great. The quality of the hoodie is great. It's very well made and very comfortable to wear. Great value all the way around.

He offered to help me put it in the car too. Very helpful. The store is severely understaffed. If you can find what you want and get it up front, you're OK. But it's very difficult to get help. I wanted to try on at home since sweaty from gym. Educator #176354 checked me out. 12/11/25 I went back to this Lululemon store to RETURN Groove pant and EXCHANGE align crop for 23 inch length. As I approached the register counter I emptied my bag telling girl I did not want $118 Groove pant and to exchange $98 Align for shorter length. She did an exchange as I went to get shorter Align length. Educator #175557 gave me my new receipt. When I got home I took out new Align pant of bag and looked at my EXCHANGE receipt and was concerned. Instead of given me FULL credit for Groove pant I returned and no longer had, she took price of Align pant $98 and deducted that from $118 Groove pant which left $20+ $1.65 tax totaled credit $21.65. She did NOT give me full refund for Groove pant. Lululemon guest services followed up with me and saw what transpired and they issued me proper refund credit I was due. A friend of mine got an exercise machine for under $200 dollars, which I thought was pretty good. They even moved it out to the truck (in the pouring rain no less.) One of the big things they have going for them is their firearm prices. For a retail store they have a decent selection with prices to match. Ammunition is also priced well. They don't have much for high end survival/camping/hunting gear but it is a retail department store, so for what it is, you have to love it. Well stocked and plenty of staff to assist, I would come here over Cabela's 11 times out of 10!

I never throw away blown out tennis shoes because I use them when I work in the yard and walk for short distances. Just like food or other items that expire fitness shoes have a life. Depending how frequent you use your use, you could average 6 months to over a year. When I was training for marathons, I literally bought a pair of running shoes every 6 months because of the long distance running. I always know when I am ready for a new pair of fitness shoes. The red flag sign that scream shoe replacement is needed primarily is pain. I have a high arch and when the arch falls in fitness shoes, my feet hurt. Another sign for fitness shoe replacement include worn-out shoe soles, and a noticeable decrease in traction while you are moving in class. When your feet are cushioned, your feet are happy. They maybe singing Pharrell's song, Happy. Smile. To my surprise Academy was open until 10 pm. The customer service desk managed by Rick was super helpful. He allowed me take my shoes that I ordered online back to their shoe section to see if I could find a match in black. Unfortunately, black was sold out.
