This store is always well stocked with the latest collection from Bath and Body works and run great promotions from time to time. I especially loved the Emily in Paris candles that were released for a limited time and was able to stock up when they had them. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. read more

This location has the absolute best staff. This morning I donated blood and was not expecting to become faint later in the day. After I embarrassingly fainted in the line outside, the associates brought out a snack and some water which was much more than I could have asked for. If the smell alone doesn't overwhelm your senses, then you have the overly chipper, overly aggressive and overly friendly sales staff to deal with. "Have I told you about today's deal?" "Those are buy two get seven free." "Are you signed up for our mailing list?" "We have that in a shower gel, hand lotion, body lotion, car port, essential oil...." Have you ever felt guilty for writing a negative review because the customer service was so over the top that it made you want to shoot yourself? Well, that is what's happening to me right now. As I type this, I'm thinking to myself, "it wasn't THAT bad..." But it was. Oh yes, it was. The moment I walked into this location, I was greeted by an overenthusiastic saleswoman who forced some lotion in my hands before I even had the ability to tell her I didn't want it. So then I had the smell of that crap on my hands all night. While I walked around (I knew what I wanted, but thought I would take a minute just to be sure), she followed me around the store telling me about sale after sale, blah blah blah, blah blah blah. Then, she actually stood across the store and watched me like a HAWK until I picked up a few items and before I could even show them to my friend, she was thrusting one of those dorky shopping bags into my face and started talking nonstop AGAIN. To me, there is a difference between no customer service, good customer service, and overbearing customer service. I appreciate the help, but don't follow me around like I'm retarded or trying to steal from you. I can read, smell, and make decisions all on my own. I also don't like how they ask for a phone number and an email address when you check out. That should be optional. I'm assuming you can decline giving them the information, but they way they ask for it, its as if they NEED that info to complete a cash transaction. Really weird and I gave them the wrong number anyway. So here's the deal. I like BBW products. They have good sales and the store looks nice. The saleswoman made me want to shoot myself and that is enough reason for me to keep going to the South Lamar/South Central Market location - even though its about 15 minutes out of my way. read more

I feel like they chase you around the store, it's strange. They typically have sales that are buy 2 get 1 free. Which I love... Not today though... I don't care, I still love the bath gel here even after all these years. The place is nice and clean and the staff is really nice. To the family that was in the store with me: I have a child, so I know they are pretty much attached to you, but if you have to bring them all to a place that encompasses relaxation please keep an eye on them and don't let them get into everything. I should of done this long ago, since I have left BBW. My last review was biased. So I am here to save the day! I still continue to visit this BBW at least 2-3 times a month. I can seriously say even though I no longer work there, I still can't get enough. I am proud to say I still see wonderful-ness going on on this store and the products are still as amazing as ever. The staff is amazing. I was there when a customer became irritated about the wait in line. The employee at the door was inviting, and kept everyone safe letting in the right amount of people. Then an elderly woman went straight to the door and didn't stand in line. She politely let her know that unfortunately there was a line. A different customer began to make a scene stating that they should let her cut the line. I was fine with the elderly woman going in front of me, but not all the other customers felt the same way. The associates handled this situation well, even when a customer began screaming. read more

The products are great, but today I encountered a very unpleasant, snooty, rude manager named Carolina at the Southpark Meadows Shopping Center. She isn't the Store Manager, but she sure was bossing other employees around and when I needed help, her answer was No. I showed her my email which said that the spray sanitizers were supposed to be on sale and she told me my phone was messed up. It clearly stated to shop for Thursday on a Tuesday and it showed several other promotions. Still the answer was just NO", not even an "I'm sorry, but". She made me feel like I was trying to get away with something - I just wanted her to honor the &3.25 sanitizer offer. She made a big deal about it being the deal last Sunday, as if that helped me today. Them at check out, I wanted to get my free gift with the green coupon and the young lady checking me out was figuring it out, but she interrupted rudely talking to her as if I was not even standing there and said "No, that coupon doesn't work on that item". Clearly, I was in earshot, but did she say anything to me, no she just shot a sideways look at me and spoke only to the young lady at the register. Then the young lady had to awkwardly tell me that I couldn't use the coupon, and by them they had thrown my coupon in the trash. I had to ask for it back and was asked to wait while they taped it back up. I asked for the manager to sign it - guess what her answer was. So I left the store having spent $50.00 and no free gift and no sanitizers for 3.25 and a torn, taped up coupon that the checker initialed...wonder if they'll even take it when I try to use it later. All of this I could've handled just fine if this abrasive manager named Carolina had just tried to be genuinely polite and employ some good customer service. read more

Warning. The plug-ins are not stable enough to set upright and they leak if they fall over. I learned this the hard way when the oil leaked all over my dresser and ate the paint off. I just ruined my dresser. If you unplug the wall flower, remove the bottle and recap the bottle. Do not store the bottle in the wall flower as it will leak if it tips over. read more

Really great store. It is easy to get to and looks great. I can go in and get what I need and be out in just a few minutes. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They honor coupons and help you with your purchase if you need help. It just can't be any better than this! read more

I love this location, it's only about 5 minutes from my home and allows me to avoid all the traffic trying to get to the South Lamar or BCS Mall locations. I also like the smallness of the store. I don't have to spend a lot of time searching for my products. I am a loyal candle buyer. Almost every scent that I've tried has been a hit in my household. The sales are wonderful, totally appreciate the coupons. The customer service is perfect. I am asked once or twice if I need help, then left alone. I like this approach alot. When I do ask for help, the associates are very knowledgeable about their products and take the time to give me tips. I'll definitely be a longtime customer of this location!! read more
