They never set up his account correctly, but they charged him a full membership charge because they did not set up his account correctly. This caused his account to become overdrawn; and flat out lied to both him and me, and refused to credit back the fraudulent charge. This was the worst PF I have ever had to deal with and we will be canceling our mebership, filling a complaint with PF Corporate, and leaving this review on as many sites as available.

They also did not allow me to cancel my membership over the phone. I had to go back into the gym, in person, to cancel it. Do not expect any grace from this business, Crush Fitness, for it is not in their policy, which the reminded me of often.

I usually spend about two hours at the gym doing cardio, weight training, and more cardio, as I'm working toward specific body goals. But I can't afford to neglect my work.
