It is hands down my favorite class in Milwaukee. It is so tiny and intimate so you feel very comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and getting minor corrections to better improve your form/strength. Every Saturday I go, the class is different in some senses. There is always a TRX, floor and mat part to the class but the movements are not the same. The class is only 45 minutes so it goes by quite quickly. Robert is a terrific instructor and can provide help to men/women of all ages. If you are part of Class Pass or belong to this studio already, that class is a must!!

I called to make an appointment and the next one for new clients was in 2 months! Say what?!?! I was in pain but in demand means quality work right? Ok sign me up! I will wait.. and I am so glad I did. Lynn practices out of her home on the eastside of town. The spacious treatment room located upstairs is very clean and inviting. She's got a warm, quiet, grounded demeanor... a practitioner you can really open up and trust. I just completed the 10 Session series with Lynn and while my posture is not perfect, she's worked miracles on it. My sessions were never painful and I always walk out of her purple victorian feeling rejuvenated. You know when a healer has that magic touch... an intuitive knowing of which spot to press and work on? Lynn's got that gift and combined with a deep understanding of her craft and continuously learning new skills (she's always taking new classes)... it's a stellar combination.
