They have clothes and snacks for purchase at the front, offer massage, personal training, etc etc. Lots of equipment, lots of room. I mean I brought my gloves I want to use them and use them right, not just fiddle around with jabs and upper cuts. Like don't come here if you tryna get better at fighting, not going to happen. But the exercises I will say are more creative and effective than I could come up with. There gym equipment is nice and they have a lot of it. The atmosphere is kind of intense and I wish the music was a little less hard core and more hip hop. But people put in work here and the staff seems dedicated.
