I then had to sign a paper to be transferred and get this...the old counselor I didn't like was the one to pick my new one???? So many things wrong with this way of doing business. This company is based on numbers like a corporation not a healthcare establishment and they cannot keep employees they leave in what appears to be droves. I'm on my 3rd psychiatrist in 2024 bc my first 2 quit. Our work with the physical therapists at this location has been amazing. The PTA's have been very helpful. They have worked as a team and the sessions have been very productive with a little downtime. They use the tools that they have in very creative ways to achieve the improved health that we're seeking. It would be hard to single out any one particular PT because we have seen almost all of them. In addition, the receptionists who greet us and assist us with scheduling are likewise amazing. Always a smile & always helpful! I expect that all our future physical therapy needs will be addressed from this location.

Bridges of Hope- is what continued to pop up. Quite fitting, considering my moms nickname since childhood is 'HOPE' I didn't think it could be true.. considering this place was only an 8 minute drive from her home- and I was searching everywhere in Indiana. Here we are 12 days after admissions.. She thought she would hate it- nope. She thought she would hate the groups she has to attend, but nope. She says it's the best one she's ever been to. She's playing volleyball.. Bonfires.. making friends.. Different outings on the weekends + video calls. She told me on the phone, "They're trying to show us we can have fun while being sober... I'm catchin' on!" If you're hesitant, don't be.. Also, the staff is so beyond caring & helpful not only just to the people in their care, but for the friends and family as well. ...Thank you & praise god for this facility! After I got my 2nd knee replacement in 4 years, I went to a rehab hospital then came home and had a man for my physical therapist named Alex Kupilas, PT, ATC, BDM. Alex was so wonderful to me. Since my first knee replacement collapsed I had been walking (walker & wheelchair) on not only a broken knee but also a broken shin that required lots of pins and metal. Alex was very encouraging. A really great guy! He taught me to walk propertly again.
