It is required of me to receive these vaccines and it is something that should be common knowledge for anyone working in a hospital--regardless of whether you're a nurse or not. After I asked my question, whoever was working reception had zero idea what I was asking for, which is fairly alarming considering rabies is one of the most lethal viruses we have. She asked me if I was a current patient, I said no I don't have insurance. This was when she really stopped helping me. I understand prices are high, but they're going to be high regardless because of what I'm asking for. She told me to ask my school what do, to which I told her they told me to contact hospitals because they are all equipped to give these vaccines. She just kept saying she doesn't know what I was asking for and that she can't help. She then directed me to Jane Pauley, who is closed on weekends. I understand not being versed in everything that happens in a hospital, but not knowing what a pre-exposure vaccine is, and being unwilling in helping access that, is a terrible look for any healthcare facility. Please educate your staff on basic healthcare and train them to not just push people off the phone.

I've had plantar fasciitis for years and have treated it half ass with home remedies, but it has gotten worse due to neglect. On my first visit, they took an X-ray and ultrasound of both feet. Dr. Vogel identified the problems and thoroughly explained to me what he saw so that I could get a better understanding. He recommended I try some inserts and come back in two weeks. He also offered a few other suggestions. The inserts I got from the office gave me results. My feet aren't as sore and tender after being on my feet all day. Same in the morning. He recommended custom orthotics, but wanted me to check with my insurance provider first since they aren't cheap. I like this office and feel like my feet are in the right hands. Hate that I waited so long to seek relief. The staff is friendly and there hasn't been any waiting for my appointments. The office also has a bin in the lobby to collect shoes to donate to charities.

He took x-rays and did an ultrasound on my feet, explained about plantar fasciitis, showed me on the ultrasound what was wrong with my foot and explained everything. They made a special pad for my feet to help support my feet while inserts were being made. The inserts were a life saver. Dr. Vogel knows what he is doing, he talks to you (not AT you), his staff is friendly and professional, and best of all, they have variable office hours throughout the week. This was great for my work schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vogel and I will never go anywhere else.

While recently coming to the surgery center for my husband's procedure, I experienced just that. The staff were attentive to us while my husband waited to go back for his surgery, and they even kept me updated with his progress by text which was very reassuring. The medication lasted 9 days after which the pain started to return. I called them on day 13 to have them renew my prescription or get me another that would eliminate my pain. I was told that their policy was they would only prescribe a new medication within 9 days of being seen and I would have to come back and pay another $179 to address my issue. My prescription didn't run out until 9 days passed! They also said my NP who prescribed my medication was off that day and and another attending would not write a script without seeing me first for another $179. What... I guess the other attending couldn't read my file, or even make a phone call to the NP??? This place is nothing but a money grab, forget being cared for like they care about you, it's all about the money!!!!!
