This nursing home is the worst, if you can avoid bringing your loved one here please do so…read more My grandmother received horrible care in this facility Below is a list of just some of the items I had to address & report to The Attorney General of Ohio; 1.) double billing humana , Medicare & my Grandmother 2.) billing for physical therapy when no therapy completed 3.) my grandmother having falls that I was never made aware of nor were these incidents documented (falling out of a wheelchair where she was left unattended is just one of the many incidents that occurred) 4.) the health department was contacted because of the lack of cleanliness with this facility 5.) nursing home never advising when Medicaid approved, waited 3 months to call to advise of amount due however couldn't provide break down of amount owed 6.) threatened to throw my Grandmother out of the facility a week after advising of amount due & never providing a break down of charges. 7.) 4 months after the facility contacting me as her POA the facility still never provided documentation for break down of charges & items requested The management/staff at this facility has to be the worst I have ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional & didn't care about the patients care/well being. I hope that after my complaints to the State regarding this facility things will change for the better. I just hope that no other family has to endure what my Grandmother & our family had to tolerate. Unfortunately my Grandmother passed away before I was able to resolve.

I had been receiving less than satisfactory treatment with physicians in Columbus (no name-dropping here) and needed someone who could meet my needs and be straight-forward with me. After meeting Dr. D'Onofrio, he took one look at my medical history and recent tests and simply asked, "When do you want to get this done?" That was it. No more cortisone shots or minor surgeries. He told me that my knee was beyond preventive treatment and needed replacement. True, one would think that a salesman's only interest is "selling the car", but after breaking down everything that was wrong with my knee, he convinced me that I was prolonging the inevitable with all of these procedures. The surgery went extremely well, as well as the follow-up with his PA, Kevin, who is truly awesome. The care I received during my recovery made my trip to wellness a short and efficient one. I loved their treatment so much that I chose them for my other knee replacement surgery 3 years later, which went just as well. So I'm going to name these two (the center AND the ortho) specifically in my recommendations if you need knee or hip replacement surgery. You can't go wrong.
