FSPT is wonderful and amazing. I love the staff; they really know their stuff!! They are also very kind and caring, and you can tell how much they care about their patients. The Director, Amelia, is, amazing! I worked with her much of the time, and she really helped me a lot. Amelia sets the environment and her staff seems very happy and comfortable with her as Director. I worked a lot with Chris as well, as I did in rounds two. Chris is now the Assistant Director now; it's well deserved and he is awesome too. I worked with Amelia and Chris exclusively this time. Holly, the Office Manager, keeps everything going and takes care of everything and everyone. She really really knows how to do everything and is on top of everything. Everyone is so friendly and nice.I wouldn't go anywhere else for PT. I hope I don't need a round 4, but if I do, that's definitely where I'll go! FSPT IS THE BEST!

While the anesthesia was wearing off I could hear him and his staff complaining that they wasted their time on me and that my cyst wasn't a big deal. What the heck?! My cyst is on my finger on my writing hand and it makes writing extremely uncomfortable for me. How dare they gossip about a patient right in front of them. My advice to him and his staff is to wait until the patient is discharged before gossiping.

I've been a patient of Dr. D'onofrio's for several years now and love him…read more He conducted and psychologically helped me through my first knee replacement surgery a few years ago and my quality of life is significantly better as a result. Prior to seeing him, my previous doctor put me through a series of preventive procedures that only delayed the inevitable. I appreciate what they tried to do, but I went through years of discomfort that, I felt, could and should have been avoided. After my doctor moved to a different medical group, I saw Dr. D'onofrio at my family doctor's recommendation. This man is awesome! I had researched his record and he is well-respected amidst his peers and among his former patients. Prior to the procedure, he even had me attend an education (and supportive session) with other knee and hip replacement patients, which made me feel more at ease. During our conversation(s) he promised me that he would have me on my feet, the same day as the surgery! He wasn't lying. I was up and around and beginning my new life (as "RoboPop", as my kids call me) in no time. I was out of the hospital in no time, too. My follow-up visits between him and his assistant, Kevin were all great with exceptional customer service and even better recuperative treatment. Today, I had to go back for my consult for the other knee replacement, which we originally decided to delay. It was great to see him again and a comfort to know that he remembered my case very well. Unfortunately, I have to take some weight off before the next procedure, but my reservations are gone and I'm ready to get myself back to a state where I can exercise and live comfortably. If you need an orthopedic surgeon who is professional and caring, although in Lancaster, this is definitely the man to see!
