I also have had previously been treated for my back and neck problems and have diagnosis' in which the Dr. There did not want to even look at. He wanted me to go thru all the tests and treatments I've already been thru. Not caring that I already have enough stress with upcoming aggressive chemotherapy. And the sickness and everything else that goes along with my particular kind of chemotherapy will bring on. Instead he prescribes me basically the same muscle relaxer that I was getting from my hometown MD, by the way I had to travel an HR and half for this. He didn't give me any pain meds even though I told him the tramadol my MD was giving me wasn't working well and that is the whole reason my oncologist wanted to refer me to a pain clinic. Instead he prescribed me the same kind of muscle relaxer my hometown MD was already giving me and told me to return to his office in another 10 days to get the same tests and treatments I've had done already. I tried to talk to him, reason with him saying this made no sense to me and his response was this is how he runs his practice. That it doesn't matter what anyone else has treated me for and how or what treatments someone else did to me, nothing matters unless he was the one to do it. I won't be returning ever. I can stay in my own town not having to travel and get better treatment than I got from this man! Very upsetting as if I don't have enough to worry about! A waste of my precious time and money!
