From the start the reception was wonderful. Everyone there is so kind and courteous. I've worked with several physical therapists there - Jeree and Nicole. I can't even begin to express how impressed I am with their knowledge of the Health issues I have and there concern for my health. This is a mind body spirit facility. They look at everything over all which is the way it should be. You feel how invested they are in you. The facility is wonderful with the most up-to-date equipment and extremely clean and because of Covid they have taken extra measures to make it is safe for all their clients and also their employees. I have been treated with the upmost respect, kindness, they have shown empathy during my tougher days, and they respect privacy! I look forward to days ahead working with these physical therapists. The PT ( Believe her name was Henneman), and proceeds to call me a he after the receptionist told her I am a girl, I corrected her because in no way form or fashion do I look like a He or presented myself as one, however instead of an an apology she said and I quote " it's because of your hair". I am black and have long locs but in no way or fashion does it disguise my gender. Again no formal apology was issued.
