Come to find out the likely culprit was negligent changing of adult diapers. To say the least, exercise due diligence in selecting a care center and in this instance a lack of care center. Could never in good conscience recommend a facility that failed along so many lines. Moved family member to Tabor Hills, Naperville where care is markedly better during the 1 week of care. The therapist (ATI) recommended by Hinsdale Orthopedics was totally incompetent but I was JUST getting my range of motion back and the MUA caused swelling putting me back to square one. Had he not done that, I would've gotten my ROM back. Insurance dropped me because I "wasn't making progress". I fell into deep depression as I was an extreme athlete and now I'm a cripple with a cane.
