It is the job of the receptionist to "dun" people for full payment, regardless of any previous arrangements. There are other orthopedists in OKC without having to go thru this rigid billing office.

Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. I had been given numerous recommendations for physical therapy, but after choosing OSSPT and seeing the team in action there was no doubt I was in good hands! I had undergone major surgeries to rebuild both legs (including total knee replacement). Dr. Kaytlyn Hansmeyer absolutely performed magic in skillfully restoring both of my legs to full mobility (walking 5+ miles, climbing 20+ flights of stairs, biking, swimming and more...)!
