Never saw a doctor or ar PA but was seen by a Nurse Practioner, who must not looked at my history. She perscribed generic Bactrim DS (SULFAMETHOXAZOLE-TMP DS) which is contraindicated for CKD III. This caused my Creatinine level too shoot to a very high level. When asked to talk to the Supervising physician, I was told he does not return phone calls. Wonder why???
