I have insurance and gave them my information. Once I found out my lawyer was shady I stop going. So I see a 3,000 dollar bill which my lawyer said I didn't have to pay. So I'm definitely going to fight this. This is a con agency and will get this off my credit report.

My attorneys sent me to this place (i have insurance btw, so i could have really went anywhere) and i already knew the first day i was there that it was bogus. I couldnt do more than 4 sessions! I had no ride so transportation was set up. I have a full time job, mind you. This place is only open from 7am to 4pm. Never mind that, i agreed to them transporting me because i wasnt mobile at the time. Let me tell you, you better drop everything in your life when they call to pick you up and be ready to waste half of your day!!!! Because nobody has a life!!!! Attorneys had no idea and im sure of that now because they sent me to ATI after the fact, but anyways.... being that i have upper back and shoulder issues, i kept wondering why they would put me on a stationary bike and treadmill, along with doing leg weights. This place is tiny btw and only had one stationary bike, A treadmill, 2 things that work out legs and one weight thingie that works out arms. I felt like i was in an assembly line every time i went in. At the end of each supposed therapy session theyd have a masseuse rub you down for like 20 minutes. If i would have wanted a happy ending (kidding) then i could have went somewhere else for that! I wont lie but i was in more pain when i left then when i went in!!!! This sham of a place actually hindered my law suit more than anything!!!! Anyways, if you want fast money then go there but if you want actual help then be smart......... I wish i couldn't even give them even one star, but i have to give this review somehow

I need what works for me not her schedule. If I want twice a week or once a week . My pockets that pays for this service. Cancellation fee $30/$60 for not giving a 24 hour notice is ridiculously considering an emergency that may arise. If appt is on a Monday and Sunday they are closed. Morgan schedules overlap with her next appt considering my first appt was not on time . That is a pet peeve of mine. U want me to come at 4:30 I should be getting straight in. I should not have to arrive 15 min earlier just to sit!! So I'm finding another service. She really irritated me that day! I give her dates and she give me what's available for her. Nah ! It does not work like that with me. If u can't fit my time find someone who can!! On top of the fact if my point of contact is email .. that means do not call my phone about appointments or anything. Do not text me either! Email was my preference . Update . I explained why I had to cancel for today and my missing the previous and she said fees will not apply

I requested to have Danielle as my PT again because she is very nice, professional, flexible, if you need to change dates or times, and most important she gets results. Last year and this year too, I saw a beneficial difference in the way I felt between when I started and when I finished for which I am extremely grateful. Also, I appreciated that they were diligent about keeping everything clean and sanitized between each use. The place has a good vibe, everyone seems pleasant from when you walk in and are greeted by Gina at the front desk, to the therapists and other patrons. I have had physical therapy at other facilities this place I would recommend.

I was recommended to this woman owned business from my podiatrist who has a business near the area…read more I decided to try them in November, 2024. I was shocked how large this facility is. I have been to prior physical therapy business where there was only 1 therapist who dealt with you solely and I have also been to other therapy businesses where there are several therapists to choose from to get your therapy. I feel it's only fair to break down this review/rating into categories: Location: 2 stars - convenient Beverly location with ample parking in their private lot. I didn't feel comfortable parking in the lot - although there are tall light posts back there, they don't come on and it's completely dark in the lot. I would try my best to park on the side of the business but it's limited parking over there and they had started construction in that area as well where temporarily you couldn't park in those spaces. Treatment: 4 stars - physical therapists really work hard to help your condition. They thoroughly massage the injured area, give you exercises at the facility and at home. I feel the treatment did help my foot quite a bit. I didn't like the fact that even though I could of had an appointment with my scheduled therapist, if they were still working on someone, another therapist would guide you as to what your therapist notes are to do until your therapist is available. Staff: 2 stars - front desk staff was nice and friendly. The physical therapists were friendly as well which I could appreciate. What I didn't like is the unprofessionalism that not all but a few of the therapists had. While I would be getting my massages, certain therapists would be talking negatively about other clients out in the open by either saying their name outright or using first initial, last initial in front of everyone. I was also directly given information from two therapists about patients there (who they liked, who they didn't) and as a client, I shouldn't be told about any of that, it made me uncomfortable. I'm not going to be trusting that when I'm not around that I won't get talked about too and it's a valid concern. Staff needs to have a level or professionalism and be very careful also what's talked about due to HIPAA laws. Privacy: 1 star - The facility is built very well - each station had a table with a surrounding curtain to use for privacy but they were not being used most of the time (I only saw it used once while there). I saw body parts that I shouldn't of seen (e.g. a man's fully bare hairy chest (and he was a big man). These curtains should be used to give the privacy necessary for who is being treated and other clients around. That's what they are there for. Equipment: 5 stars - There is all kinds of equipment there to help you with whatever ailment on your body you have from exercise machines to balls to ultrasound machines for massage/pain therapy. I'm glad this business was able to help me but I do hope the things mentioned can be worked on because they are serious issues that can make or break someone continuing to use this facility.

Unlike other physical therapists (where you're lucky to get more than a few minutes with the PT), Dana and the rest of the crew give their best - their time, expertise, and honest good old-fashioned "hands on" physical therapy. After my massive TOS surgery, I worked with Travis and Dana: professional, personable, available and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. But don't get me wrong...YOU still have to do the work. The facility itself is spacious, light, airy, and clean, the aides and support staff are really friendly too, and there's plenty of parking. ****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**** Travis since then has relocated to another location. I will def go back to see Dana when I fee like I need a little bit of manual therapy work done to areas that need it.

Everyone was super friendly, as always. My one negative is the parking lot. It is pretty beat up and wasn't salted. I have a broken leg and it was icy out. Walking across the uneven pavement was kind of tricky. Something they probably should get fixed, considering the type of office it is.

They have a small waiting room, maybe 10 chairs, with 2 empty seats. The lady I sat next to was complaining about the wait as I was sitting down. As time went by, and people were going in and out, I noticed that people were being called back that came after me. Now, I'm reasonable and I know that there are other services being provided. However, a lady came in and sat right next to me. We chatted for about 30 minutes about different things. She told me that she was there to see Dr. Kendall. At about 11:15, someone came out and called her. At this point, I've been there for nearly 90 minutes! And why is this lady being called before me? So, I get up and I wait behind a lady checking in. Someone walks up and nicely asked if I was checking in. I said I want to make sure you all did not forget about me and her response was that there were only 2 doctors there. This has nothing to do with why people who walked in after me are being called back before me. So, I sat down, made an appt for 11:45 at an Orthopedic doctor down the street. I walked out, made it to my appointment at 11:40 and was almost immediately whisked away for an x-ray. I saw a doctor and was out of there within 45 minutes. So, I wasted a $55 copay at an office that did not provide me any services. I don't know if existing patients have priority over new patients at this office, but this should have been explained when I made the appointment. The lady I chatted with says Dr Kendall is a great doctor. Give him a try if you've got all day to wait.

I thought the next visit went well, too, but the day after, I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep for three days. Added to that, my other hip and one knee were killing me. The pain didn't go down for six weeks. I hate to say it, but I got a better exercise program from ChapGPT.
