I was fortunate to have worked with Mej as my main therapist who is top-notch in his skill levels, compassionate as well as genuinely enthusiastic and supportive in helping me with all the exercises for my back. He always made sure to explain which exercises were important for which muscle groups. I always felt that he really cared about my success. I had occasion to also work with Susan and Karen who are really great to work with too. Also at Ivy, I never had to wait for a session and it was always easy to schedule times that worked for me. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff made me feel so comfortable, like family. This review is for me AND my 79-year-old mom…read more ME: I have been using Bye-bye Pain for the past 6 treatments. I am recovering from an auto accident which damaged numerous parts of my body. My orthopedic doctor, surgeon & physical therapy department recommended I try laser therapy to advance the healing process. Sport medicine is using this technique more and more as well. As the 1st treatment is complimentary, I was willing to try it out. Immediate difference. Make no mistake, this is a cumulative process for myself and my mom, however, after the 1st treatment, there was a very noticeable difference for me and her. I purchased a package of treatments for us both and have not looked back. They are a mobile service as well as working out of 24 locations in and around the metro area. Which, for me, is a beautiful thing as my mom lives 45 minutes away from me so wherever we are in a given week, we can meet up and receive treatment. What this treatment has done for me has been just short of a miracle, but what it has absolutely done for my mother is one. I have no doubt about that. And on that note, here she is dictating to me. Now typing for my mom: My name is Beverly, my daughter was talking with her therapist, Sherise and asked her about the nephrology part of this treatment. My daughter brought me in for the 1st one. I have diabetes and have not been able to feel my feet in years. I have special orthopedic shoes so I don't fall. My back is very painful from years of almost falling. Sherise is my therapist and owner of this company. She is so kind and explained everything that she was doing. After my first treatment on my lower back and bottom of my feet, she asked me to get up and see how I felt. Well, I felt good. It was very strange to not feel my back pulsating and my feet tingling. Completely opposite of what I came in with! I have had 4 treatments and continue to feel more and more sensation in my feet and by back feels just fine. I can bend, move walk and not feel the throbbing that was so crippling before. But what I want to really say is the feeling in my feet coming back has been the best thing! Please try this. My athletic trainer at school and I had tried every excersize, stretch, recovery regimine, and resting for months with very little improvement. I went to Doctor Book as a last ditch effort for some relief, and after a few sessions of their PEMF machine I began to feel better for the first time in three years. I used to take a month off off all high-impact activity after my soccer season only to feel pain again my thrid or fourth practice back. This past winter however, aftering coming in consistantly twice a week for about a month, it took me two months of soccer 5-times a week, and weight lifting twice a week to feel any discomfort, without any upkeep on PEMF since I go to college out-of-state. Staff is always super friendly and it is a joy to come in everytime.

The front desk staff always greet you with a smile, are very friendly, and very helpful. Parking is easy and free. One time I was over 30 minutes early, and they were able to take me almost right away! The waiting room is shared with an urgent care facility, but there is plenty of seats and never too busy. I absolutely recommend this office and am grateful to my PCP for referring me there.
