I was fortunate to have worked with Mej as my main therapist who is top-notch in his skill levels, compassionate as well as genuinely enthusiastic and supportive in helping me with all the exercises for my back. He always made sure to explain which exercises were important for which muscle groups. I always felt that he really cared about my success. I had occasion to also work with Susan and Karen who are really great to work with too. Also at Ivy, I never had to wait for a session and it was always easy to schedule times that worked for me. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff made me feel so comfortable, like family. I started there in pain and left painless and felt much stronger and confident in the program of exercises that I will continue to do at home. I would give the Ivy team more than 5 stars if I could!

The manual portion of the therapy is a medical massage of your injury. That was my favorite part of recovery. My insurance paid for the necessary therapy, and my co-pay was just $20 a visit. A month later I get a bill for $900 plus, and that wasn't even half of her visits. At the end here, we have a $2,000.00 bill and they could care less. I'm retired and on a fixed income. When you call their main office is where they really get cold. No desire to help us at all. Expensive lesson to learn. I'm convinced that if they did discuss fees up front, many people would walk out the door. Avoid this company. Super bad business model.

I had to help the aide get my aunt cleaned and dressed while stepping in an unsanitary bathroom. Awful place. It was horrific. Drs. were awful (one and only doctor I saw wouldn't look up from his laptop when I said my concern about my aunt spitting up blood.) Manager uncaring and unqualified. Nurses were not qualified(I pointed out obvious concerns about taking 6 pills at once an empty stomach. Nurse said wow I never thought about that point. They asked me if I thought she go to the hospital. Leaving it up to their medical expertise was a mistake . They said will we give her an anemia and see what happens. She died that night.

My father needed help with his medications, he was too weak to go to the doctors office on his own…read moreand I couldn't get the time off work to take him myself. I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! Thanks guys!!!
