I tested out the NormaTec Recovery Boots. The Athlete Recovery Lab is one of the only places in South Carolina where you can try out the recovery boots, which are normally seen at marathon or triathlon expos. I wore the boots for about 45 minutes and almost fell asleep! When I got up, I felt like I had a sports massage, and my run the next day was great.
