The man came over to look at the chain, but never spoke to me or made eye contact. He spoke only to the woman. They said it would take several weeks, as they were very busy. ? No one in the store? Needless to say, I left the necklace. I had a very bad feeling leaving the store, so I turned around and asked for the necklace back. They were very rude and dismissive and I felt some distrust toward them. Won't go back.
