I informed the guy that I already had a pest control company that I was pleased with, he asked several questions about what they do for me, how much they charge, etc and he had a comeback for every response and trash talked my current company. Then he flat out lied and told me that my company sold out to a larger company and that my rates would go up. I told him I was in a contract and was grandfathered in and that my rate wouldn't change until I left their service, he continued to argue and basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and then proceeded to try to schedule an appointment for the following day. I told him my company had just been to our property the week before and took care of everything but he just kept on trying to push me into committing to an appointment. I told him I was not interested at this time, I asked for a business card and was told they didn't have any so I took a picture of the flyer he had and told him I going to call my company to ask them about what he was telling me. I had to shut the door on him b/c he just wouldn't take no for an answer. I promptly called the company I'm currently using and told them what just happened and they just laughed and said everything he told me was false. There were discussions from my other neighbors on our neighborhood FB group and they all had the same things to say about this company. I know one of my neighbors left a Google review and then the next day their review got deleted. So all these 5 star reviews on Google are NOT true and I'm going to guess that my review will not last long either but hopefully at least a few people will see it before they delete it.

Normally if I'm unhappy with something I give the company a chance to correct it. Unfortunately since the owner refused to talk to me or call me back that cannot be done. When I scheduled an appointment I was given a quote that I as okay with. The technician showed up (refused to give name) with an attitude and started right in on upselling. Telling me that wasn't included etc. The only extra price I was given was for the closet I told him okay do it. Then he started going in on other things in an argumentative way. I told him if the price is going to be significantly higher than the quote we will go with someone else. The tech said he needed to make a phone call he comes back and says he is going to cancel. I asked why and he said something about the price. I asked what it would end up costing also stating that if he left I would leave a review. He about-faces and starts to walk off. I asked are you not going to do the job and he yells not if your going to leave a bad review. I then asked for his name, after asking if he is refusing to give me his name is states I'm the only Hispanic that works at the company. I then asked for his bosses name without answering he gets in the car and left. I called the only number I had which is an answering service in Colorado. The nice lady told me the owner will not be calling me. So now I'm trying to find another company All I wanted was the job to be done as they said. This has to be the worst ex I've ever had with a business. I do want to point out this review is about customer service/ experience not the quality of there work. I do hope they do better.
