Kevin came out and looked at everything, explained what was needed. He was the only one that guaranteed his solution would work. After sending me the quote and agreeing to the package and product type I wanted, we moved forward with the a new unit. They did all the worked and they did it right. The installers were very nice and professional and did not mess up the house in any way. It was after the installation that I was really glad i went with them. The unit was not solving the problem we wanted originally which was even cooling. At first I thought we had just wasted our money...same problem, but with a new unit. Kevin called me and sent his installers back out and reviewed the problem. After several items were check, they determined that I did need a larger unit and they installed it without an charge to me. After that everything went great and the home is cooling wonderfully. We went from a unit that ran all the time and didn't cool well to one that runs in much shorter cycles and cools very well. i am confident if i had gone with anyone else, the problem would not have been solved and I would have been out more money for a larger unit. Every company quoted the same type and size unit, but Kevin was the only one that told me if it didn't work, they would stay here until it did....and they actually came through on their word. I was referred to the company from someone else and I look forward to referring others to them

Bought a Generac whole home generator from Lowe's and Lowe's had mainline as the installers. My…read moregenerator developed a problem the end of July. Michael came out 8/3/15, said I need a part, which would be in within a week and a half. After many calls, they showed up 1 month later. They left, the generator did not do the weekly diagnostic. I called back the day after labor day, was told "oh it needs another part, guess we should have told you". I continued to call, Michael wouldn't return my voice mails. They came back in another month (3 months after my first call) and still couldn't fix it. I called Generac and found our they are NOT approved by Generac to work on the generator. Something Lowe's and Mainline should have been honest enough to tell me when I was considering buying it. I got a Generac certified service technician to come out and found out Mainline had damaged the generator when they were poking around in it. They left the generator in pieces, they damaged the muffler and damaged other parts, which the certified technician took 45 minutes to repair. They charged me $7,000 for installation and don't have a clue what they are doing. Generac has contract with Home Depot only. The lowe's sales person would not answer my e-mails. SO for 4 months I was making payments to Lowe's for a broken generator, much of the damage was caused by Mainline. Stay away from them

Harris Doyle found out about these forts and proceeded to HIRE someone to come in the woods and tear our forts down (that have been there for years). Forget putting money into walking trails that the neighborhood advertises and barely has, forget the lights that have been out, forget open wires and pool maintenance. Yes, let's pay to have a third party tear down harmless forts that neighborhood kids can play together safely on instead of building the playground that was promised 4 years ago. All the kids who enjoyed these very sturdy and safe structures are heartbroken and honestly, shame on Harris Doyle for carrying this act out. I love this neighborhood but the HOA and its shotty decisions and poor management makes me want to get the hell out of dodge

This review is for both South Cypress tile and the product we bought. We bought a hard to find,…read more2X4 inch thin glass tile color of Sage Mosaic. These are very pretty tiles, and while not cheap are sold at a reasonable rate via South Cypress. South Cypress does include a few extra sheets in each batch sold as they do crack sometimes in shipping, but for the most part shipping is trouble free. Incidentally, If you are installing these thin glass tiles, would highly recommend you work with a contractor that has specific and heavy experience cutting glass tile, as they are not all created equal. We had a major problem in the middle of our project where we ran low on tile. I paid over $185 to have the extra tile expedite shipped next day Fed Ex priority overnight to complete the job. Unfortunately, the shipping company South Cypress uses got the wrong address and sent it to another city, delaying my project for a day and costing me additional non-work labor hours. While that was inconvenient, I have to credit South Cypress for going the extra mile on trying to make up for that costly snafu. They refunded the rush shipping charge and gave me that extra box of tile free of charge for the trouble. Big credit to Michael Clark, customer service, for the extra follow up and high level of communication and effort. That deserves high praise - it's nice to see an organization so committed to service that they would do that without even asking. For that reason, I recommend South Cypress and will definitely order product from them again for other projects in the future.

Once I picked out the flooring I wanted the job was done in less than two days to do the main level of the house including complete tear out of the old floor and laying the new floor.
