Much like other reviewers stated they had a decent offer $289 for a 3000 sqft home and $129 for gutters. My opinions, about this company with their lament (nice) flyers going around the neighborhood isn't reliable. Respect to the few people, who had good luck. Due to their no show 2x same day lies, wanted to schedule me out with another appointment. The Lord said, "no". As, l remember, I dealt with them before gutter cleaning, and it was horrible. They streaked my Windows really badly which I didn't notice for a couple of weeks due to indirect sunlight . When I called them back about it, they said no they would not come out and fix it. I should've saw it before they left. The two men that came to wash the windows were very rude and unfriendly bossing me around telling me how to move things in a mean tone- I felt unsafe . Per their website it says they will "flush each downspout with water to clear any clogs" but their guys just went around with a blower and said they were good. I even specifically bought up the once that I new were clogged and quickly said they are are clean. Unfortunately they only have a 3-5 day call back to fix any problems and it did not rain again for about a month. Despite showing pictures and fact they did not do the job right in the first place they refused to come back finish the job. Do not use this company they cut corners and don't guarantee their work. Update: The company did finally agree to send someone back out and a couple of weeks later they seemed to fixed the clogged downspouts. I called in late April, and their first appointment was for May 26, which I grudgingly scheduled. When the crew did not show up I called them again and they had no record of the appointment ever being made and tried to suggest that I had the wrong company even though I was calling the number on the same mailer that I had called before. I called to have my windows done. The crew was late and when they left it was dark. I noticed, putting wreaths back on my windows, that they were not clean. I immediately called and they said they would come back. They never did. I called the company and sent pictures. They sent their "A" team back to completely re-do the job. I watched them closely, pointed out multiple problems, and the head of the crew argued that they were doing the "best they could". My windows, after the second cleaning, are worse than they were before I called them. It's as if they used dirty clothes to just smear the windows. I wasn't comfortable arguing with the guy so I paid them so they would leave. This was a horrible experience and even though the company "tried" to make it right, their crews are not competent, to put it nicely. read more

Received a mailer for their Window Cleaning Special for $199 for up to 40 windows. Scheduled the service, and they DID show up on time. We do have storm windows on SOME of our windows, however, at the time of the booking, nothing was said about storm windows. In addition, the windows slide from both sides, so an effort COULD have been made to clean as much as you can buy sliding the windows on both sides open. I was not present, but my wife described the process as them spraying a concentration on the windows, using a rag on a stick to clean the window, then rinsing. The problem is, at some point, their concentration was not mixed right, so it left a film on the windows. They made a feeble attempt to wipe it off the windows, but then told my wife that, "They could not get it all off because our windows were too OLD!" Now...I have been in Facilities / Maintenance Management for over 30 years and manage maintenance and housekeeping teams for all kinds of buildings. What they did was basically make an excuse for just being outright lazy. They had too much of the wax concentrate on the window, so it was going to take a long time to wipe it all off, and they basically didn't want to. Pretty much all of the other windows had spots left on them as well. In essence, it was a "half-assed" job, with NO attention to detail, and NO pride being taken in their work. they used zillow to estimate my sqft of house to clean the gutters. zillow had bad information on my house saying it was remodeled to have 7 bedrooms and 4 baths! i told atl gutter cleaning that was a mistake and my house has only 4 bedrooms. 3 baths. in fact, atl did my gutters last year! all if the correspondence was done by email. i sent them other valuations including the tax records. i said was upset with them. they replied in email that we are sorry that you are upset, but the price will be $131 instead of their listing price of $109. i dont trust them and wont allow them on my property. steve stevenson read more

BEWARE! I wish I had checked these guys out on Yelp before calling them. Below summarizes my adventure into having my gutters cleaned out, and having my check stopped. This is the feedback I left on their website, minus my address. "Your crew just left my house at Street, City. They did a very unsatisfactory job in only 60 minutes. Leaves and dirt left in several gutters. They did not bag anything as your ad and website suggest. They simply blew SOME of the leaves around but left plenty on shrubs, the yard, and the driveway. I paid $71 dollars over your advertised price because there were tiny trees in one section. A lot of the dirt is still in the gutter, along with leaves in many places. If you would like pics I will be glad to send them to you. Please don't bother cashing my check unless you're willing to send a professional out to do the job right. Thanks" read more

I received a card in the mail and the price was good for window cleaning. I made an appointment but they changed it because of crew problems. Obviously their office doesn't communicate with their crew because they showed up as we were leaving so I had to reschedule. They arrived on time and took about an hour and half to clean 32 windows with a spray bottle and some sad rags. Unfortunately I paid them promptly and even gave a good tip. Then the sun showed swirling and irregular streaks. My windows looked better before they came. I dealt with the office via text and I guess I was too firm. I've had windows done professionally before with great results. They have rescheduled but in the meantime I redid 9 windows myself. They did show a squeegee with soapy water in their ad. I may have been firm but the girl in the office was rude in one text. read more

My gutters were damaged and not cleaned. The team arrived while they were frozen. It appears they tried to break the ice by beating on the gutters, thus denting and breaking seals. The gutters now leak and were not cleaned. They did refund the money, but insulted me when I asked for repair. No resolution in sight. Be warned. read more

They are awful. I wasn't home and the guy spent less than 1 hour cleaning the gutters, "flushing the downsprouts," and cleaning my windows. The windows look awful. Some windows look worse than before the work was done. When I reached out, they told me that the "Crew Leader" discussed it with me that day when he was here. Easy to schedule. Then a couple of days prior to my appointment, I get a text while I'm busy working that they need to reschedule. I call them and reschedule. I move around my whole work schedule for this. Nobody ever showed up. No call, no text, nothing. I call 20 mins after the arrival window, and I'm told that they don't have anyone in my area and no plans for someone to be in my area today at all - a bunch of excuses, and I'm told that I was on a list to be reschedule along with some other customers. We have used this company 3 times. The first time they cleaned our gutters and windows, and did not do a good job. I called the company and was told the employee who had performed the services had been fired and that they would send someone else to re-do the jobs. They were true to their word, and when completed we were very satisfied. So, we called them back the next time, and again it was a great job. Two years later, we called them to come back and just do all of our windows. Magically, the count (# of windows) had increased from the number of the first two instances. Strange, since nothing has changed in our house - we have not added any "new" windows. The lengthy text the company provides when you inquire about service states that windows are "hand cleaned" inside and outside. This was true of the first two cleaning services, but this time the windows were only hand cleaned on the inside. On the outside, they were sprayed with water from our hose, and then rubbed over with a brush on a log handle. I do not consider this 'hand cleaned'. Many of the windows had streaks remaining that we could see once the sun came out. This service was inferior to the first two, and we will not be calling them back for repeat service in the future. read more

I have been in Atlanta and its surrounding area for 30 years, and I've never had bad services like Atlanta Window & Gutter cleaning; in fact, I have never experienced anything like this! Maybe their window cleaning services are better than the gutter cleaning services. After speaking with the receptionist and a representative of the company by the name of Jamie, prior to the services being performed, we agreed that I would pay the $119 for gutter cleaning services performed a week after the services. Jamie stated you have 30 days to pay the invoice, I replied I only need a week. Between the date of services which took place May 2nd, to the date of payment that took place May 10th, I received a total of 7 calls and a total of 12 reminders and harassing, threatening, unethical, and unprofessional text messages about payment being due immediately! The website stated that they are a professional company, but I experienced everything but professional. After reading the other few online reviews pertaining to this company, I'm surprised they are still in business. After several threatening phone calls and text messages, along with harassing text messages to have guys return to my home to collect the payment due, I finally also heard from the owner by the name of Lynne; at least this is what Jamie stated. While I'm at my job, Lynne called and left a similar threatening messages previously left by Jamie, but in a different way, followed by more harassing collection text message tactics. As far as the gutter cleaning services performed, the guys that supposedly cleaned the gutters, left the gutters mostly clear of pine straw & leaves, but left debris on the ground and did not replace my patio furniture to its original place from where they moved it. Stop, please be warned, this company does not deserve to be in business, there are too many other professional gutter cleaning companies around I'm sure that could provide the exact same price for better services, and with less threatening calls & text messages. They were prompt, efficient and expert at cleaning my gutters. They use safe practices (on 3rd story roof), clean up any debris when they are finished, and are reasonably priced. This was the worse window cleaning company I have ever used. If you want good service for your money don't use this company. The two guys that showed up to clean my windows over charged me having me pay for windows they did not even touch. I could still see prints on the windows that were there before they started working after they left. And the upstairs windows have streaks of dried chemicals used for cleaning products, which they carelessly used on the outside. I had requested that my patio be pressure wasted and was given a quote by the guy of 250.00 to do that but when it came time to do the work he said he could not pressure wash it but could use some bleach to clean it. I watched him use a spray bottle with bleach (I think) spraying small amounts in small areas never added any water to clean it off. He did not even try to clean the complete patio. But wanted to charge me the 250.00 he had quoted for pressure washing. I refused to pay that since he actually did nothing to clean the patio. We received a flyer in the mail 4 days before the special pricing expired. We called & left a message the call was retuned in2 days. They gave us an appt. for a week later. They do not move furniture so the day before they came we got help to move all the furniture away from the windows. They arrived a half hour late . They arrived looking very hot & tired ,as they just finished 4 homes previously & were overwhelmed because we had over 40 windows! We were not told that every transom was charged as a window! They were ill equipped with only dirty cloths & a spray bottle! We also contracted them to clean the window sills, again not equipped! One person spoke marginal English, the other one none! I contacted this company to clean my windows inside and out. I received a call from the worker informing me that they didn't have a ladder high enough to clean three of our windows in our sunroom. So they cleaned 50 out of my 53 windows. We don't have the largest or highest house in our neighborhood it is only two stories. But yet their ladders weren't high enough! In my discussions with companies getting quotes I never was asked how high but how many windows. Twice a year for four years I've had my windows cleaned and never had this problem. When I called their office about this issue they had no resolution other than to find someone else with a higher ladder. Will I use this company again? No! read more

I was even reluctant to give them one star. This company should not be in business. I hired them to clean my windows (externally) and pressure wash the house. I was not satisfied with the service so when speaking to the rep (Jamie) she immediately got defensive and said some of the areas could not be completely cleaned as I took too long between pressure washes (note that she has never seen my house before or after the service). When I mentioned that part of the unsatisfaction was not due to stains but spider webs she toned down a bit. Yes that is right. Their pressure washing service does not remove spider webs. Something anyone can do with a broom! They also did not bother to lift the screens to clean the window sills. A service Jamie described to be included in the window and pressure washing package. When speaking with the crew one guy said they were just one week on the job and did not know all of the services and protocol. ie, they were not trained. They also lacked the right ladders and asked to come inside the house to clean the exterior of the windows. I purposely only contracted external wash as I did not want anyone inside the house. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I asked Jamie to come see the work product for herself. She scuffed. I now understand they are based in Alabama so it would be difficult for them to train and oversee the crew in a different state. I have never experienced the lack of customer service and feeling of harassment to collect payment. We had a horrible experience with this company after recently hiring them to remove the leaves from our gutters. Not only did they not clean them properly, they damaged them in the process. The owner was rude and would not take accountability. I have never written a bad review for a company online, but felt that this needed to done to warn others.
