I recently contacted Dependable Window Cleaning to have my skylight cleaned. I was asked a series of questions regarding the type of debris that may have been on the skylight. I confirmed it was outside debris built up over the years. I also agreed to have three two-story windows cleaned. Through continued communication, I was sent an aerial view of my home. I presumed I did not need to reiterate I was concerned about the exterior cleaning of the skylight. Once the quote was provided, I felt it was fair, therefore I proceeded with scheduling. When the employee arrived, I noticed he was not driving a vehicle that would have the capability of carrying a painter's ladder, but I did not question him. When he finished the three windows, he asked to come inside. I was confused, I stated, "the skylight is on the roof." I was then informed he would not be cleaning it as he did not have a painter's ladder and it more than likely would not clean, as well as I likely would need to replace it. He never looked at the skylight. I texted Dan to write I had just been informed by the employee he would not be cleaning the skylight. I asked may I be reimbursed for a portion of my money. I was reimbursed $13; I was told that is what I was charged for the skylight. After the employee left, I sent another text sharing how displeased I was because I would not have spent that sum of money without having the primary reason for contacting the company, the exterior cleaning of the skylight completed. read more

We hired this service to clean our gutters. Management was very responsive in scoping the task, providing proof of insurance, and they sent a picture of who would be doing the work. We had some unique requirements and they were flexible in meeting those. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, packing away all the moldy matter cleaned from the gutters.
