Once you enter, you are welcomed by the entire team of practitioners, Shayda, Brittany, and Nicole, who are very kind and supportive. Shayda has practiced her therapy techniques, including hypnotherapy, CBT, and identifying core values, on me, personally, and I am always amazed at how deep our sessions can get and the amount of insight I receive in such a short amount of time. Her talents don't just stop at her counseling, though. She is equally as talented at decorating and the interior was meticulously curated to put her patients at ease and feel safe in her office. All of the complimentary healing modalities I'd experienced and studied had brought me to a point where I had an inner knowing that I needed something else to go deeper. My goal was to (finally) experience true joy and come to peace with my past. In my free consultation with Alisa I explained that I had been feeling depressed, anxious, frustrated and sad. She was extremely honest with me. My childhood traumas made for a challenging case. Alisa's knowledge and expertise goes way beyond clinical hypnotherapy. I've been seeing Dr. Blue since 2020 and reached out to him during the latter of 2019. It started as weekly, transitioned to bi-weekly sessions, and finally tapered off to monthly sessions. My mental health has improved since the introduction of Dr. Blue, and he's helped me get through some pretty difficult chapters of my life. He has incredible compassion, is knowledgeable, and is insightful with decades of experience. Dr. Blue is patient and optimistic yet realistic. He seeks deeper connections and is constantly looking to change as you need and while you experience setbacks and moments of growth. His office also accepts a wide variety of insurances (i.e. UnitedHealthcare).
