    Poor service -Disrespectful…read more- cancled follow up without my consistent / didn't even tell me. I got an auto message that it was canceled. I had been on a wait list since November!!! 4 months! -Catherine, Didn't close door and spoke to me with the door wide open that door should have been shut as soon as I walked in. -Team and portal gave me address without SE. Waze shows it as a different address. They gave me the wrong address. Team eventually realised the address they gave me should have a SE in it. Also please note that there is a NW too. That's 3 addresses that are very similar with a difference ordinance. all 15 min from each other. How was I suppose to know which of the 3 addresses it was! I just used what was emailed to me. That's not my fault. I have photos and used two different phones that show all 3 lead to a different location. They are all different. - on the phone 15 min before arriving late I asked if I would get my full hour since it is their fault. The reps. told me I would get my full time since it was their fault so I continued to drive. At first she told me no then j was upset and rep changed her answer. Yet when I arrived Catherine told me she had nothing to do with that conversation and that was wrong. I told her I live in bartow co and will have wasted gas close to 2 hours of driving and over 3 hours of time and took work off. She said we can continue the appointment but that she would charge me the full amount. I told her that is not fare and then asked if she could just give me the full hour since they made the mistake. Doctors do that all the time- squeeze someone in or take longer with a patient because life happens.... said no because she wasn't the one that gave the address or told me that the hour would be given. Then she said we could do so in next week. I then told her what about at the gas, time and costumer service form today and she continued to said that has nothing to do with her. How can a leader or a team member of a corporate company play the blame game. That's not a good team member or leader or doctor! No accountability from her or anyone. - I asked Catherine why didn't someone call me back once you confirmed that I wouldn't get the full hour when that is all i cared about on the call. She said that she didn't know that I was still coming? Yet she knew I had the wrong address and even went on to look it up to see if I was telling the truth. A rep would tell doctors if someone has canceled or not. Yet she continue to lean on the fact that she knew nothing but she knew enough to see if I was "lying". - then once I left she canceled my follow-up appointment after I told them that I would call the manager to figure something out and that zoom was not going to work out next week (especially if she just wind that she might need to take my blood). You can't take blood on zoom. - as I leave into to the rep.inwas on the phone with and she said she never told me they would give the hour. I looked at her and said what we had a full conversation about this and I told you that was wrong since you messed up and that is poor customer service andnthatnwhennyoubcame back and told me that you would.honor the hour. She just sat there and couldn't care less just like Catherine. - I called corporate they said that this was inappropriate and no one should be treated like that. They filed a complaint. They even told me to call them ask why they canceled While I wait for the manager and corporate to get involved. So I did - They told me they canceled it because that was a follow.up appointment and must have an appointment prior. I told them that they knew I was going to talk to the manager to work this out. Yet they said we they have to be together. Yet I was going to try to get something set up so that I could keep that follow up appointment as I already took work off. They discounted me and attempted to transfer me to the manager and it didn't do anything. - I had many tragic events take place the past 4 years and was visiting to get help and this is how they handle a psychology patients

Dr. Rachal is very compassionate, and showed a genuine interest in learning about me and my health conditions before prescribing me a medication. Her impressive education also speaks to her ability and knowledge as a psychiatrist. Her practice does not take insurance, but you can ask for the Superbill to file an out of network claim to your own insurance provider. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Rachal that I don't mind paying a little extra to see her! (Her office is located in Midtown.)

    I'm really surprised to see the number of negative reviews on this site…read more Ridgeview changed my life and I loved my experience there. The case managers and the educational staff were amazing, caring people who helped me with coping tools, creating boundaries, things to do to keep depression and anxiety away, etc. I went to the day programs for about 6 weeks, and I've been active in their support groups and volunteering ever since. Going back to Ridgeview campus is a great feeling for me; I have met the most amazing support network there in the 12-step groups. Definitely helped me cope with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and more.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!! All of these reviews let me know we are not alone. I have never written a yelp…read morereview before but this was so bad, that I feel like it's necessary. Most of the staff were rude and the very few that did care were overworked. Ridgeview made everything worse and I had to nurse my wife back to health upon release. Due to one of the 3 attacks she experienced, we are now drowning in hospital bills and had to replace dentures (6 grand). Taking her to Ridgeview was one of the worst mistakes ever. Back in February, my wife went here due to mania/hypomania caused by a new antidepressant her psychiatrist gave her. On her first day, she was attacked (the first time out of 3) and taken to the ER. During the attack (punched in the face), she was knocked out, and her brand new implant dentures were knocked out. She was attacked at 11am and they got her to the hospital so late, she had to stay the night. I thought it would be going on their insurance but we started receiving bills a month later. The staff member who called me to tell me about the attack was completely rude. When I asked what happened she screamed at me, saying "I just told you, she was attacked!!" I asked her "how did it transpire" and she then got frustrated not knowing what the word "transpire" means. I was then told when she gets back from the hospital they're gonna move her out of that unit, the ICU. She got back the next day and they didn't move her and she got attacked again (punched in the face repeatedly by another patient, yet again) . While she was at the hospital. I got a call from the nurse practitioner for the psychiatrist there. He told me they had no record of my wife's medications. I told him to contact her psychiatrist, made sure he had the number, and then spent the next week telling anybody who would listen to contact her psychiatrist. No one ever did. After 7-10 days, I was wondering why she wasn't getting better. While there, she was getting noticeably worse. Once released, I found out that they were not only giving her the medication that she had the reaction to but had upped it five times the amount she was taking before going there. On top of that, they were also giving her a very large dose of Depakote. That was to sedating her so much, she was falling asleep in chairs. That med was only hiding the mania. When I looked up the medicine it said do not take if you have "liver or pancreas issues." I was appalled they were giving her that since my wife has had pancreatitis multiple times in the past 10 years and they were all well aware of that. It could've killed her. She was released on a Monday and they told us she had an appointment with her psychiatrist, the next Monday at 1:30. After a few days, I called the psychiatrist office to see if we could get an emergency visit because of the worries with the medicines. That's when I learned there wasn't an appointment even made. Whichever Ridgeview employee wrote down the date and time for the appointment completely made it up. Now, just like when she was there, I can not get in touch with anyone. We have all these hospital bills from them not keeping her safe. I have contacted the patient advocate multiple times and wrote an email but have not heard anything back. From reading the newer reviews, she probably has her hands full. The incompetence with this place was so over the top, I'm shocked it is open. Needs to be shut down. A person looking for help, shouldn't be coming out mentally, physically, and financially worse.

    My wife and I went to Linda Winship for marriage counseling. I'm a fan. I've been to a few…read moretherapists, and Linda is my favorite. Linda has a funny personality. She puts you at ease well, isn't stuffy, and is generally a fun person to interact with. I think her quirky personality makes her easy to talk to and get along with. Even with her friendly personality, she knows how to direct the sessions. She also seems practical as we had homework and gave advice for our issues. She seemed to be eager to help us on our problems instead of just being a "listener." She seems non-judgmental and fair. With other counselors, I might have felt some sort of bias against certain things, but I didn't get that vibe from Linda. She didn't jump to conclusions much. If she did, she did a good job filtering out any bias or judgement. She also started and ended our sessions on time. I appreciated that. Also, we had 8 free session through my insurance. After the 8 sessions, she gave an option to continue or not. I liked how she gave us an option to continue. And she didn't give any pressure to continue seeing her if we didn't need to. I believe that unless you have severe issues, you shouldn't need to see a therapist forever. They should be able to help you deal with your issues and let you move on. I think Linda is that type of therapist. If you're in need of a therapist for whatever issue, I recommend Linda Winship.

I met Linda through my primary…read morecare physician at a most difficult time of my life, and I was able to obtain the assistance I needed with Linda's help. I continued to see Linda for counseling twice a week for two years, and in June 2013, I moved to Arizona, and it was difficult to find a psychiatrist for medication much less a therapist. Linda has afforded me the opportunity to continue therapy via telephone conference at first once a week and now every two weeks. I have never met a more compassionate person in my life. Everything is for the good of the patient. Any person needing psychological counseling for anything would be doing themselves a favor by seeking counsel from Linda Winship.
