We sent music to the church a week and a half before the service, but when our vocalist got up to sing the music person at the church said they didn't receive the music. So our vocalist sang a cappella to that song. The obituary was not read during the service - even though it was listed on the program. The person went up at the right time, but for some reason, did not read it or ask anyone else to. Additionally, we had pallbearers who were prepared to carry (or push) the casket to the hearse. They were not called or acknowledged. The exit song was not the selection we made and I'm not sure how it was selected. Other than those three hiccups, the service went well.
