I have arthritic wrists, and my PCP referred me to Atlanta Hand Specialists in Smyrna. The doctor recommended I get orthotic braces, then ushered me down the hall to a specialist who made them for me. There was no communication in regards to insurance coverage or expense for these braces. A month later I received a bill for the braces; $1800, and after "adjustments" I was charged $375. I was shocked, both by the lack of communication and the expense. $375 for two plastic braces with velcro? (see picture) I could have purchased similar items online for $30. I tried to negotiate a lower amount to no avail. I shared this with my PCP and encouraged him to no longer refer Atlanta Hand Specialists. Do NOT trust them for honest communication. read more

Doctors are great but their accounting department is horrible and unethical. I had been making regular monthly payments. Got to the very last payment and I asked for breakdown of payments vs charges from Jacella. The last payment was only $26. I patiently waited a couple of months only to find out that they had sent me to collections without ever sending that report so I could confirm if I actually owed that last payment. I had no problems paying it but I have the right to get a report to reconcile. Now they are say - "oh sorry that happened. Nothing we can do. You have to deal with the collections agency." I recently had surgery on my Right index fingernail at the Lawrenceville location by Cesar Sebastian Molina, M.D. Excellent bedside manner. I am also a physician but I did bit make it known until the end of my initial consultation. He explained all to me in Layman's terms and pulled up info on the internet due full depiction of what would need to be done. I explained to him on or about 12/15/22 that I would need to have surgery before the end of the year because I was placed in the delightful state of meeting both my out of pocket expenses and my deductible due to a recent surgery ( 11/7/22). I had never met either limits and thus had never pursued getting my nail fixed due to the expense it would cost and needing my money for other endeavors! He promptly informed me that I could have surgery on the 23rd or 30th. I chose the 30th... just in the nick of time! Every person that attended me was pleasant and knowledgeable! I had my bandages removed today and Dr. Molina fully explained, again with diagrams, what is to occur over the next few days and weeks. I am to be seen again in 2 weeks! Outside of the anesthesiologist that had problems finding a vein where she told me to relax as she dig into my skin with no luck the surgery was a success. Physical therapy was great as well and my strength returned. The problem why I hope to never need to revisit is with billing. They constantly send threatening letters about payments even after they've been received. Even after speaking to a manager who responded to a bad Google rating he said he'd be on the lookout for the payment. Like clockwork a month later the letter demanding a payment they've already received came. The manager went into excuses billing where his concern seemed more to be but I redirected him to the issue since payments and billing is still sent to within their 4 walls. NEVER, EVER choose these people. They are cons. I truly believe I did NOT need the TWO surgeries I got. They have been paid - in full but didn't apply the monies correctly. Can't get them on the phone, carrier pigeon, fire signal, email, sent an actual long letter - no response. NOW they've turned it over to a sleazy bill collector. This was more than a year ago but the recent reviews confirm all the things I felt. I sprained both my wrists a year prior playing goalie for an adult soccer team. I never had horrible pain, but my wrists were never quite right and I wanted to get it checked out. The doctor insisted it was not injury related and was carpal tunnel, despite me repeatedly telling him there were two specific incidents playing soccer in which I hurt my wrists. So he sent me to a nerve specialist to get tested for carpel tunnel, which I didn't have. That ended up costing me a few hundred dollars. I went back for a second appointment because it wasn't carpal tunnel, but apparently, the office I had been to the first time doesn't do appointments on Tuesdays. Yet they let me book it anyway and didn't tell me, and acted mind-boggled as to why I don't know when I showed up. So they said I could do another appointment that day across town (I was driving from Johns Creek to Smyrna) but all they had was an appointment an hour later. And I was late, because this is Atlanta, and then they wouldn't take me. Everything from the care to the admin was terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! This practice is shady and the workers are incredibly rude. I called and asked numerous times before making an appointment if they were "in-network" for my insurance and they said yes. They then proceeded to bill some of my services from a random LLC that was out of network (despite the doctor being in-network). They provided one statement to me showing the "in-network" doctor but then billed the insurance under a separate LLC that is out of network. Seems like a super shady way for them to make more money from the insurance company while trying to "hide" it on their statement to me. Fortunately, some people won't catch this and think that their invoice is reflecting the "in-network" balance, when it actually isn't. In all, it's been a nightmare trying to work with them to correct it. All they do is tell me "another person has been working on this and they will call you back" (only to never get a phone call back). I also never received notice of this outstanding payment until 120 days after the service was provided. They called me to tell me I had a "super late bill" and that "I was lucky they weren't sending me to collections yet." I told them I have never received a bill from them and didn't even knownI had an outstanding bill. Their response was "Ugh. This always happens and our invoices don't get mailed." They are willing to admit their failure for not sending invoices/bills, but STILL charge you late fees. Please tell me how that makes sense! I've called multiple times to speak with someone about the discrepancy in billing but all they do is tell me "they can't help me" and "someone else was handling it" and then remind me AGAIN about how late I am and ask me if I can make payment again. They act like they are annoyed that I would dare ask for clarification on my billing and don't want to deal with it. It's seriously unreal. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

They performed surgeries on my wife's broken hand after a dog knocked her down. The dog's owner reported this to her homeowners insurance carrier. They issued a check to my wife for pain and suffering. Somehow Atlanta Hand found out about it and billed my wife for the exact amount of her check. It is unclear how they found about it since it was privileged information. My wife's medical insurance carriers had already paid Atlanta Hand in full. Nearly a year went by when we received a past due bill. At the same time a MS. Coco from Atlanta Hand called my wife. She was very rude and demanded immediate payment. She said they were entitled to the money my wife received. I called 3 times and finally talked with Abhi Rajput. I explained all of this and he said he would review and call me back within 48 hours. He never called me back. They continued to bill us for 5 months and then turned it over to a collection agency. We then hired an attorney, who sent a letter, demanding that they send a letter showing we owe them nothing. Also it demanded them to notify the collection agency to withdraw their claim. Upon receipt of the letter, Abhi called our attorney and agreed to comply. He even called my wife to apologize blaming everything on a computer error. No computer could mysteriously find out about my wife's settlement and then fraudulently tell us we owed it to them. This company harassed us for 5 months, forcing us to hire an attorney. read more

This is the single most dishonest medical practice I have ever been to in my life. While the doctor I saw was gentle and compassionate, the practice itself is absolutely abysmal and should be avoided in every circumstance. When the doctor determined I would need wrist surgery, he let me know that the office staff would call me to set up scheduling - this is where the problems started. The surgery scheduler tried to have me agree to surgery as soon as possible. I informed her that I did not have enough money left in my HRA to cover the cost of surgery, and would therefore need to wait until the new year to schedule. She said she would speak with the Billing Manager and owner of the practice, and get back with me. After a few minutes, she called me back and stated that they would only charge my insurance for the surgery cost, and that I would not need to pay the difference or any out of pocket costs. This would be with the expectation that I paid full price for the physical therapy at their office, which would be required for several months after surgery. I was extremely skeptical at first, and had her repeat this to me multiple times, wrote down her name, then told her I would think about it. Then I spoke with the Billing Manager (Abhi Singh) directly, and he agreed that they would not charge me for the surgery beyond what my insurance would cover, as long as I covered all out of pocket costs for the PT. Assuming that they genuinely cared for my wellbeing, I agreed and went through with the surgery. BEWARE: They do NOT charge your insurance as "Atlanta Hand Specialist" or using the name of the doctor you see. They use their sister company, Ulna Surgery Center, to deliberately bill your insurance as out of network for absolutely absurd costs. They charged my insurance provider $1M (YES, $1 Million USD) for out-of-network surgery costs, on a surgery which should only cost about $3-4K. I was beyond horrified when I saw that dollar amount on my claim statement, and furiously called my insurance company to explain what happened and affirm that the practice charged the surgery incorrectly. Then I called the Billing Manager and demanded an explanation for their dishonesty. He assured me that I would not need to pay any out of pocket costs, and that they would settle the issue directly with my insurance provider - but warned me that I must not talk to my insurance provider about anything he discussed. Red flag!!! I was beyond pissed by this point, and told him flatly that I absolutely would not pay any bills they dared to send to me, and that I would not lie to my insurance company if they requested further information. What followed after this was a long and obnoxious battle with their front office staff and billing staff every single time I showed up for Physical Therapy, because they would demand I pay absurd bills before they would allow me to walk inside. I had to argue with them and show proof of my discussions with the Billing Manager before they would allow me to see the physical therapist (whom, by the way, is as sweet as can be and I desperately hope she finds somewhere else to work). The front office staff was always rude about this issue, and I cannot even begin to count how many times I had to demand they fix my account in their system records. I had to keep a physical folder 1 inch thick of written and printed evidence of what I should have been billed, what was agreed to, what I actually paid and when, etc. It was a nightmare. Eventually I just stopped coming back for the physical therapy a few weeks earlier than I should have, because I was so sick of this dishonest practice and their abusive behavior toward patients. There was no contact for 2 years. Just to be certain, I even called them a year later to verify if they ever straightened out their backwards records, but had to leave a voicemail since no one answered. No one called me back, either. Then, about 1 year ago at the start of the Covid pandemic, I get a notice from a shady Collections Agency with horrible BBB reviews, trying to collect thousands of dollars from me for bills I was never sent, never reflected on any printed statements from Atlanta Hand Specialist, and even some bills which I'd already paid and still had the receipts for!! I was beyond furious, and left an extremely angry voicemail for both AHS and their shady collections agency. Then I reported both of them to the BBB, the FTC, and the credit agencies (Experian, etc). Several months ago I went to see Dr. Steven Watson to examine my hand that had been struck with a sledgehammer. After a careful examination, he provided me with a plan which would include both surgery and therapy. The surgical nurses were great and put me at ease both pre and post surgery. I had the option of seeing Dr Watson at a different location for my follow-ups which was more convenient for me. I was provided with a number of scheduling options when scheduling either for follow-up or therapy appointments. The hand therapists were friendly, helpful and goal oriented in getting full usage of my hand again. They're office admin worked with my military insurance to see that I was covered. It was a pleasure to interact with all the personnel assisting Dr Watson on my appointments. Dr Watson explained as much detail as I asked for and exactly his plan of procedures. read more

BEWARE OF HAVING SURGERY WITH THIS OFFICE: Nice people (who turned out to be liars), clean office, but a FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I've gone back and forth with posting this review for over a year but I think people should be aware just in case they try it with you. We were rushed into surgery at a different surgical center because "it's the only center that's covered by insurance". That was stated by Dr. Amrish Patel on 2/10/21. We now have a $43,000 bill due to the negligence of the doctor and his staff. I spoke with my insurance company and they informed me the surgical center was NEVER in network and they also stated the clinic never called. My husband was a patient of Dr. Amrish Patel's. While Dr. Patel is very nice, he's also arrogant. My husband lost a finger and before the finger completely died I complained to Dr. Patel that his finger was very cold and discolored. Dr. Patel then proceeded to give a laugh and said it was normal which it obviously wasn't. My husband had an infection in his hand and the 1st surgery Dr. Patel did to clean it out went okay but the infection was not cleared up and it actually began to spread to another finger. Dr. Patel didn't notice the infection was spreading and I was actually the person who pointed it out to him. He decided my husband needed a 2nd surgery. The 2nd surgery to clean the infection also did not work as now the infection had spread even more by this time and Dr. Patel sent him to the hospital like he should've after the 1st surgery. Eventually my husband's finger turned completely black and he needed to have it amputated. We scheduled the surgery for Friday 2/12/21 then had a pre-op with Dr. Patel around 2/10/21. During the pre-op Dr. Patel urged us he needed to have the surgery 2/11/21 instead because they were on the phone with the insurance company and were being told they wouldn't cover the surgery at the surgical center on Friday and we had to go to Marietta location instead. We trusted them and shouldn't have!!! We now have a bill for 43k due to the surgery NOT being covered at that location. We spoke to Jenny in billing March 8, 2021 and she told us even though the 43k EOB was showing on my medical insurance's website it didn't matter because we didn't receive a bill from them and we shouldn't get one from them anyway. Then about 6 months later we received a bill from Atlanta Hand Specialists. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!! They moved us to a different clinic that was OUT OF NETWORK!! This review concerns co-pays. I needed a hand brace. They said I would not have to pay more than $75.00. I asked them three times, I think I actually annoyed the office staff asking about my co pay. Well, I ended up owing another $25.05. They said pay it or go to collections. I explained what I was told, but the billing manager did not care. Pay or go to collections. Thank God we are getting a stimulus check. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income (very low), $25.00 is a lot to me, if not for the stimulus, I would have to take the money from my food. This was my second time visiting Dr. Patel due to the first encounter of Outstanding service! Dr. Patel and Staff are professional, any issues we had were minor on the communication side but fixable. The Therapy Staff upstairs, Vinita,Lauren and lizbeth are Amazing!!! What I love is the honesty, compassion and genuine concern displayed during care and homework if giving to get you to a better place. I have never worked with a medical staff that seemingly love their profession. It's a joy to behold. read more

The Billing of AHS is the worst! They refused to tell me the details of the total I owed. They also sent some to collections with no notice. When I called AHS I paid the total .. and then some (again no notice of the extra charges either) and they ensured me the collection agency would be contacted to pull those charges on my credit. 5 months later I get a notification through my credit score that the collection agency account was still open. If you ever get told the "Manager" will call you, don't hold your breath! they lie and will never return your call. I will NEVER use this company again in the future, nor recommend it to anyone else. You can't get a clear answer from them. Dealing with doctor visits and Insurance is hard enough on people, they made it worse. read more

I have had the WORST experience ever when dealing with this practice. I initially went in for hand pain. My 1st visit was with A. Patel which was great. He sent me to have a nerve study did. My 2nd visit was HORRIBLE it was with V. Patel, he came right in (after I sat & waited inside the room like 30 minutes) didn't even pull my chart up and started discussing somebody else chart. He started asking me about shots,I'm like I've never had any shots did. Once he searched for the correct shot he went on to say immediately that I needed surgery. I asked how long would I be off work he said 2 days I had impossible. So after asking questions & getting half answers I was told my copay for surgery would be $900. I paid the $900. A few weeks later I contacted my PCP and told her could I be sent to another specialist because I wanted a 2nd opinion. So once I called the office to cancel the surgery and request a refund the office manager Abhi Singh was EXTREMELY RUSE AND TOLD ME HE WOULD HANG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE once I asked for his supervisor because there is no way it takes 4 weeks to process a refund. He stated he does not have a supervisor and there is no one above him I can talk to. After he hung up in my face I called back to ask the secretary was there someone I could speak with and she stated that he is the manager over all locations. I asked who owns the practices and I could I have an email address to that person. She stated that the dr does not have an email address (IMPOSSIBLE). All of this because I wanted a 2nd opinion so I guess now I have to contact my bank about the charges and whatever else needs to be did. I wouldn't recommend this practice to my enemy. Oh she did state that because of Covid-19 the dr is not working. But how is the office up and running and seeing patients if there is NOT 1 DR WORKING???? read more

I visited and surgery was suggested. I felt pressured by them to have surgery before end of year (which sometimes makes sense due to deductibles), however I did not want to be unable to utilize my hand near the holidays and ultimately chose a different practice to go to. Billing for the one initial visit was a headache. They submitted the claims to my insurance carrier incorrectly multiple times. Additionally, they sent one of my bills to an incorrect address (luckily my kind neighbor brought it to me.) I paid that bill which showed no other amount(s) due. Recently I received a call that I was nearly 90 days past due on a nominal amount and was advised they had sent the bill to me 3 times. I let them know they likely had sent those to the incorrect address since the one I did actually receive was incorrect, however they argued that they had the correct address. Issue is resolved, however it seems from my experience, and other reviews, that their billing/claims dept. frequently makes mistakes and can be quite a hassle to deal with. read more

Beware! My doctor was in network but he performed a surgery at THEIR wholly owned outpatient surgery center and neither the surgery center nor the anesthesia service were in network. I asked the office to get the surgery pre-approved and they swore it was and they were in network. A 10 minute surgery at an outpatient facility was billed at $73,740.37 for the facility and anesthesia. I HAD A CYST REMOVED FROM A FINGER! They collected $1,000 (my full deductible) from me when I checked in and most of it applied to my out of network deductible. I am NEVER going back. I will find a new hand surgeon. I agree with others' comments. These folks are shady and recommend unnecessary surgeries! Don't get me started about the carpal tunnel surgery I didn't need. read more

I went for my first appointment at the East Cobb location. Though an employee walked in at the same time as I, nobody came out of the back for a while. When someone did, I was rudely told they had repeatedly tried to reach me all day to cancel the appointment. I went checked my phone to see I had only missed one call 30 min before the appointment and no message was left. I showed them my phone and was told "somebody else" was supposed to have called me. The rude treatment by this office was inexcusable. I have never written a bad review before but I was so upset by this experience I felt it important to share with others. Dr Patel and back office staff are extremely professional and very caring. I have had tennis elbow and he sent me to physical therapy right away which helped me so much. So pleased to see Dr Patel is NOT a surgeon who just wants to do surgery for the money! Also, my daughter fractured her wrist during a bad snow storm. He took the time out of his already busy schedule and squeezed her in. Her fracture was horribly displaced and after he showed us her Xray he said surgery was necessary. He scheduled her quickly even though his surgery schedule was booked. She now has plate and screws and her distal radius is completely healed with no complications! She was diligent with her Physical therapy visits after surgery and each time following up with Dr Patel he and his staff could not have been more professional or more accommodating. Dr Patel is a very pleasant and compassionate doctor who shows he cares and enjoys his work. I would recommend Dr Patel and his staff highly to anyone with hand issues or injuries ! read more

WAIT!!! Before you see Dr. Patel read this, it could save you a lot of money! Background: I went to doctor Patel after I suddenly lost grip strength in my right hand. After doing research I was able to pinpoint that most of the strength loss was on my pinky finger which is controlled by the Ulnar nerve. I lift weights 5 days a week within one months time I went from being able to hold a 80 pound dumbbell for several minutes to being unable to hold a 40 pound dumbbell for more than 20 seconds. My muscles started to atrophy and I researched what to do: take advil, sleep in a splint, do not put weight on your elbows, do nerve glide exercises, and give it time to heal. I did not work out for about 3 weeks and when I went back to the gym my strength was even worse off. At that point I researched doctors and although there were very few comments on yelp and the verdict was 50/50, there were solid ratings in Atlanta magazine (Top Doctors of 2014) and zoc docs and healthgrades.com had over 4/5 stars. When I went to see doctor Patel he did an xray and a strength test with my fingers and told me I needed to get surgery soon or I would permanently lose function in my hand as the muscles would die from neuropathy. Of course when you hear news like it freaks you out. The next steps was a nerve conduction study. The facility he sent me to was shady, run down, and seemed like where people without insurance went. I will note that another doctor that has a lot of experience in nerve conduction studies looked at the study and said it had some errors but was a quality study. The study showed I had suggestions of neuropathy in my median nerve at the wrist and severe neuropathy of the ulnar nerve at the elbow which was what I was expecting. Dr. Patel decided it was critical that we do surgery on both my wrist and elbow even though I only had symptoms from my elbow. To his credit, the surgeries are healing well are I am basically pain free, its been 3 months and I do not have the strength back but that could just take time. A respected physical therapist that I am seeing mentioned that he knew of Dr. Patel and said he was a good surgeon but he would not sent anyone to him to get diagnosed. The reason is that Dr. Patel told me did thousands (I believe around 2,500) surgeries a year. He billed my insurance almost $50,000. Multiply that by 2,500 cases and he is making some serious cash. Does that sounds like someone who is going to recommend anything other than surgery as a remedy? Also as mentioned by others, Dr. Patel's bedside manner is horrible, but I wanted someone good, not nice. Again, I wanted to wait (about 9 months) before doing this write up to tell everyone about his surgical skills (I will get to why I decided to write it early shortly). My surgery was not typical and took twice as long. I had enough muscle that he had to reroute the ulnar nerve at the elbow instead of a simple decompression surgery. The pain is non existent, but I did go to physical therapy a couple times and then do the exercises religiously at home. To complicate matters, I went in for an MRI of my neck at a different doctor and found out that my spinal cord was being compressed at C6/7 from moderate disc degeneration. The funny part about ulnar nerve compression commonly is seen in the elbow but less commonly it can start at the neck at C6/7, or shoulder. The nerve test performed did not include these areas. It simply showed above elbow and below elbow. So all along my neck could have been the issue and no surgery was needed.The opinion is that only time will tell if the surgery will help or if the issues are from my neck. My problem with AHS: I still have not gotten a bill, 3 months later, so I called my insurance. Here is the kicker... when you get surgery you get 3 bills: the doctor, the facility, and the anesthesiologist. Let me note that I have an excellent PPO insurance plan) and I made sure Dr. Patel was in network. Dr. Patel owns the facility which is 2 floors. The first floor has his clinic and the surgery center. The second floor has his physical therapy center. I assumed since he was in network and I had the surgery at his office the facility would be too, but boy was I wrong. Additionally, if the facility is not in network then anesthesiologist is not covered as in network. So now I have a bill for $27,000. When I called the doctors office I was told they are not in network with any insurance but they were disputing the charges with my insurance. I will update everyone when I get a final bill, but the facility being out of network was not mentioned to me when we were reviewing my insurance information before surgery. Went in to see Dr. Mangonon. Nice enough. Was referred to neurologist for nerve test. Had that done. Here the problems began. Called several times to get the results-no answer & no call back. When I finally reached someone I asked for the doctor or the PA to get the results. Admin said no. I had to come to the only office they had open 1.5hr drive away. Notwithstanding the whole COVID thing...no telemed solution etc. So poor customer experience reaching the office, poor follow up and care drove this rating. read more

So far so good. doctor and nurses are great, receptionist a little snarky but the fact that they make you sit there for three hours (AND YOU CANT Leave?!?!) and have no Wi-Fi is unforgivable. They lost a star for the no Wi-Fi and the receptionist. read more

I completely agree with Aaron P's review of Dr Patel. Had very similar experience. I had one of my wrist bone broken when I fell down on my hand running backwards while playing tennis. I went to Dr Patel looking at HealthGrade reviews. Got XRays done there and then he totally scared me. He talked to me for more than an hour and repeatedly told me that I will need surgery soon as the condition of fracture is very serious. It is possible I may end up having non functional hand due to it and that I might be in pain for long. Also told me that it will be very expensive if I go to one of the well-known group. I felt fishy the way he was talking. Next day I found out that I had a family friend working as an admin in the same complex. She told me how greedy the guy is and that he is money making machine. I went to Dr Glenn Jonas at Resurgens Orthopaedics. He just talked to me for 5 mins, asked me not to worry and told me my wrist will get more than 95% of functionality back with surgery and physio. I got my surgery done. Everything went so smoothly without any nonsense talk. Please try to avoid going to this doctor at any cost. I am sure all the reviews on HealthGrade are manipulated. read more

There is a fine line between con and professional. I got the con masquerading as the professional. IF you make an appointment be sure to get a second opinion. It saved me from unnecessary surgery and enduring custom made splints that caused more harm to my hands. I got the bum's rush and am thankful I only spent two copays. read more

This office is a well-oiled machine- I completed my ppwk online and was in and out of there within an hour. The receptionist, the xray techinician, the nurse, and Dr. Patel himself were all very friendly. I was able to browse their website prior to the appointment and had a decent idea of what my hand issue was and Dr. Patel pin pointed my pain quickly and confirmed diagnosis. I was able to get the treatment done same day- a couple of injections in my wrist- that he handled with great care. Big thanks to to team at AHS :) read more

I cut myself badly with a box cutter. Dr. Patel squeezed me into his busy day within hours. He then scheduled me for surgery the next morning so I wouldn't have an open wound over the weekend. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and they worked seamlessly with my worker's comp insurance. I even recommended them to my company in case any more hand injuries should arise. read more

Dr. Patel was so professional and takes the time to talk with his patients. I'm not sure what happened with the patients complaining of bad bedside manner because he was very professional and thorough from my experience. He did all the necessary tests for the diagnosis and listened to all of my questions and concerns intently. The visit was not at all rushed - other doctors seem to make you feel like an ID # rather than an actual person. The staff does an amazing job to follow up with you after your visit as well. The location I went to for the nerve conduction study was in an older building but that same exact group of doctors have a newer and more pristine location you can visit if that makes you feel like you are getting better healthcare. All in all, I feel my experience there exceeded all my expectations. I work in the healthcare industry and felt that everything was handled flawlessly and professionally! They are great! Went to a different doctor who did not take the nail out of my hand joint, and didn't refer me to a doctor that would do so, so I found this place right by the CVS on Est-West conne ctor. When I went there, I expected to make an appt. for the next day, but he took me in and did the sx the same day, and he was gentle and smart. He knew I couldn't leave a nail in my hand joint! I feel so much better and can move my finger just fine now. read more

After reading all the responses from people I sat and wondered what is wrong with these people who say they were mistreated and you should be aware of the doctors, staff and service. I found none of these to be true with me. Dr. Patel as far as I am concerned is great at his profession and the staff was always nice to me, then again I did not go into there with an attitude which I know some people have. I had my carpal tunnel surgery and the staff was as nice as they could be. After 3 days I started with my hand therapy and again the staff, Vinita and Lauren wonderful ladies that helped me to understand what was going on with my recovery and what to expect. I enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more
