When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. I also appreciated that Juan returned to my home after the job was completed as I had some issues as a result of some stone work that was completed one day after the gutters were installed. We worked through the fixes and now waiting on them to return to complete the work. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.

I hired them to rebuild two chimneys, apply two coats of paint, caulk, rebuild a d-log siding gable, replace roof screws and put a door cover up. Seemed like everything was going great until clean up day. Next thing I know Greg is doing work he never quoted, I never authorized and was never anything I would have agreed to and telling me I owe him money. When I finally got to see the work that I authorized and paid for I was disappointed. A cable that had been attached to the prior chimney was left swing off the house. Debris from the removal of rotting chimneys was left where it fell in the yard, in the driveway and screws were left on the roof in the yard and in the driveway. The door cover is great if your 5'8" but at 5'11" you may suffer a severe head injury from its low support strut. This unsolicited work that I did agree to is bogus. I expect Greg and I will be in Court soon. My best advice to anyone reading this is to keep looking. This is not a company you want to hire. I wish I had not!

We…read moreclearly stated that we were concerned about the roof and the AC / Air Quality due to a family member's health condition. Andy stated that he walked the perimeter of the attic and found no issues, and also stated that the AC was inspected and in good condition. First- there was an existing leak in the roof which was clearly visible and literally 30' from the attic entry and above the garage. It was not in a difficult location, and 3 roofing companies were amazed that any inspector would have missed the obvious extensive damage to the wood, and header. Andy later admitted that he did not notice it because he did not actually go into that area of the attic. Because of his incompetence, we had a $3500 roof repair immediately after moving into the home. Andy also missed a roof vent over one of the bathrooms, which was not extended the min 4" above the roof line that the code requires. This also had to be repaired, and the roofer found stated that it would have eventually caused a major leak as well. We also found that the AC handler was covered in mold and mildew on the inside, causing us to have to replace the blower wheel, and have the unit professionally cleaned. Andy did not even take the cover off of the unit during his inspection. He later admitted that all he did was test the temperature of the air blowing. Unfortunately, our dog who had survived nasal cancer for 4 years up to that point, passed away within a month of moving into our home due to a bad infection (which she was prone to due to her condition). Another family was also sick due to the poor air quality in the home, which eventually led us to have the unit inspected by an actual professional. The worst part is that neither Andy nor his father has taken any responsibility for their negligence, and have ignored multiple requests from us, or our attorney, which included 3 standard and certified letters. We only received an initial email from Andy that was full of excuses for why he did not perform the standard AC or reef inspection, and that he would offer to return our inspection fee of $475. He never responded or addressed the costs of the repairs. Every roofer and AC Company that had seen the issues stated that they have never had an inspector miss such obvious glaring issues, and that any who missed a roofing or AC issue have always taken responsibility for their actions, and offered to pay for the repairs. Unfortunately, along with Andy's incompetence as an inspector, he also has zero integrity as a person. We are in the process of filing a suit and will have to go to court to even get a response from him. Feel free to message me for more details or pictures before trusting Andy for such an important step in the buying process.I do not want anyone else to have to experience the same thing due to his incompetence.

I contacted Glenn at Ga Roofmasters & he sent out John White who had been in the roofing business over 25 yrs. He pointed out that the roof was not properly done - the screws were screwed directly into the roof osb panels- no 1 x 4s on the osb. My house had metal corner panels to prevent wind updraft - the garage did not. The garage roof was very steep & there were high winds at times being we lived on a ridge. John redid the roof. From watching John I knew he had a good work ethic & knew what he was doing. I liked him & he did a very professional job. He had all the tools he needed.
