I'm not a complainer but how many times do you have to state issues/concerns especially when everything was so blatant and spoken of at least once. It should've been recorded and corrected without further discussions, however not in my case, so I was aggravated that issues were not taken care of in a manner which I felt comfortable with by Accela Public Adjuster.
