I have had wonderful care at Atlantic Chiropractic with Dr. Riddle. Milford is my convenient office but I have had appointments at Georgetown and Lewes as well. I see Dr. Riddle regularly for "maintenance" adjustments. At one point I noticed I was getting headaches more often and my neck would seem to lock up while I was putting on makeup. I shared it with Dr. Riddle and after my adjustment he suggested specific stretches and exercises to do at home. I was amazed at the improvement! I had actually been hearing crunchy/gritty noises when moving my neck previously but after being faithful with the stretches and exercises the gritty/crunchy went away and my neck no longer locked up. I am so thankful for Dr. Riddle and Atlantic Chiropractic! Between having an adjustment and being around the staff (pleasant and genuinely caring) I leave the office feeling refreshed. read more

Could not recommend this practice enough. The office staff are friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make your visits comfortable and demonstrate how much they care. Dr. Hitchens is absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous to begin chiropractic treatment and she put all my worries to rest. She was thorough, detail-oriented and asked so many questions to make sure she had all the information before creating a treatment plan. I am seeing positive results and am so grateful for her kindness and expertise. I have been a patient for about 3 years and the staff is always friendly, professional, helpful and attentive to any concerns or questions I have. I am a frequent flyer and have never had anything other than a great experience every time I have been there. They have always found a way to fit me in to be seen right away when this vintage body acts up on me in between my regularly scheduled maintenance. Angie is a massage therapist who recently has started having some hours available at Atlantic Chiropractic. She does a phenomenal job! She used slow, steady pressure that was very effective at working out muscle tension. I prefer heavier pressure during a massage, and Angie can give it, but she also pays attention to when it may be too much and adjusts accordingly. 10/10, will go again! read more
